The lovely villa from which the b&b was derived that at the level of spaces (room, bathroom, living room) is really comfortable. The lady is very kind and available. Unfortunately the breakfast was not as expected: everything was packed. The list of written products offered does not correspond to reality: no trace of oven croissants, bread, yogurt, milk and cocoa, the counted donkeys (we were in 3).

I'm disappointed.

We've been great, Mrs. Teresa, very kind person, a super welcome, if we go back to Stresa we'll definitely go back to the Oleandri, Lorena and Leonardo, Stresa a jewel, they've been wonderful days.

4 days on the lake

The owner Teresa is exquisite, welcoming and kind, she suggested what we could visit and recommended good options to consider. Close to the train station, but all in all it's not a big discomfort. The cleanliness of the surroundings is perfect. Great breakfast service with a cereal bread that is the end of the world... We had a great holiday.

A trip to the lake

We stayed in this fabulous b and b for three days and two nights, everything that was inside it struck me, starting with the cordial landlords who were always there for any eventuality, a clean-up scream but especially for peace lovers this b and b is highly recommended, what else to say... I hope to return

What a wonderful...

We stayed for two nights in this b&b in the spring. This beautiful villa is located in Stresa, in the country, just 15 minutes walk from the centre and near the train station (which didn't bother us much). It is an excellent starting point to visit the Borromee Islands. Our room was simple, spacious, cozy and clean, with a nice indoor bathroom.

We stayed in this B&B in the spring and were pleasantly impressed. The availability and warmth of the owner are the strong points, because we feel a little at home. The accommodation was very comfortable: a very large room and a comfortable private bathroom. Breakfast in the garden is a real delight. The B&B is in a good position, 10-15 minutes walk from the center. Unfortunately next to a railway, but I confess that it was not a big problem for us. I would definitely recommend it, even for the quality/price ratio, in a location where tourist facilities are not really cheap! We will definitely return there.

Great location, great availability

We went on a tour of the islands of the lake and the accommodation allowed us to have a great weekend. The parking lot is a little narrow (I have a SW...) but I still found a way to get in.

Good accommodation

Very clean structure 10 minutes walk from the lake. Comfortable parking since in Stresa finding a place for the car is not obvious. Managers are very available and attentive. Lovely breakfast in the garden! Only small ne near the railway tracks that passes just a few steps from the house and that at night could disturb a little who has a light sleep.

Weekend of July

Teresa is very kind, she is perfectly versed in the voice translation app since she doesn't speak English or French and we don't speak Italian. The house is cute, clean and spacious, just like the room. The only big problem is the view of the railways that pass every 15 minutes. We hear mm the announcement from the train station that is just below the B&B. Fortunately we are 5 minutes' walk from the lake which is frankly beautiful.

That's nice, but...

If I had to write down the reception, the cleanliness, the exterior and interior frames my score would have been higher but the proximity of the railway justifies my score. The frequent passing of trains and the announcements made at the station prevented us from sleeping before 3 a.m. The second night was better thanks to the quiescent balls delivered by Theresa (our hostess very hospitable and not lacking in any kind of good advice)
