We travel in family, 8 persons, helpful staff, good location, near Ben Thanh market, walking distance, value for money, just simple breakfast, don't expect more, you get what you paid, Vietnam coffee really good...

Average stay

Don't bother with this hotel. The city is beautiful and full of hotels; try somewhere else instead of staying here. It's true you get what you pay for but it was clear to me that the room had not been cleaned on check-in (there was rubbish, unwashed glasses, bins full) when we looked down the side of the bed there was dust (understandable) but also cotton buds and other rubbish. There were two saving graces about this hotel; the location and the hot shower (only two days out of the three).  

Book somewhere else

Do not use this hotel.
The staff are incompetent, lazy, rude, liars and lack any sort of hotel knowledge  and would be better off learning to be cleaners as the hotel is filthy and falling to pieces.
They would not issue or did not know how to to issue a receipt for master card payment and the rooms were never cleaned during my stay.

I moved to the hotel next door  which was better, cheaper and cleaner and the staff were friendly and actually knew what they were doing.

This hotel should be shut down.

WARNING: THIS IS THE WORSE HOTEL IN VIETNAM

The hotel location is very central and useful to anywhere you want to visit in Saigon - very busy at night with many different choices of restaurants.   The room itself (we got the most basic one) is not impressive and the bathroom was a bit bad, not much like the advertised images .  Wifi, aircon and TV cable was good though.  Breakfast is not good and lacks a lot in service - the girl in reception was very helpful, so stood out from the staff.


Great location.  Average stay

Stayed one night and was horrified. Was afraid to lay on the beds or touch anything because the  room just looked dirty. Found roaches and leak in the bathroom. The only plus was the location . Terrible experience! 
I even tried checking into another hotel in the area but all were fully booked. The staff was friendly but could hardly understand us as they spoke very little English.

Dirty/Not recommended 

The room was about 20 bucks, like a taxi before it. The window was there, although for many hotels this is not necessarily in Ho Chi Minh City. We took a card to the reception and walked to all the nearby attractions: the Cathedral of the Virgin Mary, the theater, the post office, the beachfront.
