We booked a Double with fan only for couple of nights here.  The establishement is not that clean so if youre looking for a fancy accommodation then avoid this hotel.

The room was okay had 2 huge bed and a little sofa,TV and a stand fan,we also had  a window that was a big help. The stand fan was fine during at night but dont even think about to stay in that room with a fan only during day time unless you want to roast yourself lol. The bed and pillow was confy as well i just wish that they could fix more the curtain at the window as it was not fix properly it seems like they just hung it there with a wire, and the curtain obviously needs a wash!!! 

The toilet was okay had a warm water for shower tho they need to repaint the walls. The walls and floors seems so dirty cause of the paint color. the door of the toilet has a big mirror as well, its a good thing. 

We had also a welcome drink (Cold water) the lobby was okay as like what i said its not fancy! you cant go wrong with the price. We also book from them our Bus to vietnam so if youre heading to somewhere you can book from them.

Simple but clean room with ventilator and private bathroom; a good place to lie down for a night or two; the location is very central and the staff is super friendly.

The worst hotel/hostel experience in my life. Easier to write all pros and cons:

+ : *really friendly and helpful staff
     *good location, everything is pretty   close to hotel

- : *have to pay extra for aircon
    *if on 2nd floor then all evening and night you can hear rats running around above your head
    *room full of ants and bugs
    *you can hear EVERYTHING from next room
     *room xtremely small and DIRTY

in conclusion - me and my bf are never been picky and wining about hotels but this was something else.. look at the pics and you can see

Never again!!!!!

Service was amazing! The lady at the front counter was extremely friendly and helpful! She will help you book tours in the area with ease. The rooms were basic but for $6 USD a night, what do you expect. My partner and I only stayed for one night but would definitely would stay again. Great value for money!

Amazing service

We booked this hotel based on great booking.com reviews and because we were only staying overnight to catch a bus in the morning. The staff were friendly and the location was fine. But we were eaten alive by bed bugs! We should've known from the smell in the room but unfortunately we decided to sleep there. We ended up spending hours cleaning our luggage and our bedding when we got home since we didn't notice the bites until the next day. I hope the staff check the rooms and do a thorough cleaning.

Very nice staff, extremely helpful and very kind. Helped us book buses and tuk tuks and even gave us bottles of water before visiting the killing fields. Pleasant rooms, with private bathrooms. Nice and cheap. 

Excellent service

I learned on arrival that since I am a solo traveler I will have a room without hot water which at first was not indicated on the preservation site and in a second sense especially does not follow any logic... After planning to go looking for a room with hot water, I am told that they have a room with hot water... so I stay in the room next to the one that was offered to me well off since a huge room was in the first box and was discovered by my replacement. However I really regret not being gone since the handles are smiling all over... And if you do not plan to work with drivers to the tuker partners... then watch out for visits to the company that has been offered to me... then you will not need to write down the price of the coffee... because you will not be able to make a lot of money on the internet and you will not be able to use it... if you do not have a lot of money on your computer... and you will not be able to make a lot of money from it.

No tip top at all

Very small and simple hotel, reception which is also restaurant bar, very spacious rooms, our, triple, windowless. Very small and not well maintained. But it fits... given the really low price and the excellent location a 5-minute walk from the royal palace... staff available.

Sharp hotels great location

It's not bad, but it's small, but it's very clean, comfortable bed and clean bedding, and it's enough for transit.

That's a nice clean gesture.

The room was completely different from the one on booking.com- there are pictures of another hotel inside. except for the carpet floor and that the room didn't have any windows. We had to wait for our room for almost an hour on the way.
