This place is awesome. The rooms are spacious, very well maintained and clean. It is very close to the Kudle beach. The restaurant is clean and serves quality food. The ayurvedic massages is  rejuvenation and relaxing, exactly what you want when you are on a holiday. The hostess Ms. Vera is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, if we visit Gokarna.

Awesome place to stay at Kudle beach, Good Food

We stayed here for the new year.
It has simple rooms with clean bathrooms and bed. Location is biggest advantage its around 2mins walks from the kudle beach. They have restaurant facing the beach which is good for Breakfast.

Clean, Comfortable & Simple

Bougain Villa is a great option for the budget traveler looking for a clean and spacious room right in the middle of Kudle beach in Gokarna. 

We stayed here for 3 nights in Dec-2015 and had a great experience. The rooms are basic but extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was huge with a mosquito-net all around. There was a side table, a dresser and a large coffee table with 2 chairs. No air conditioner, but the weather was pleasant and the fan was sufficient. The bathroom was spotless and had a hot water geyser. The surroundings are quiet and we met some very nice fellow travelers who were also staying here. 

The stand-out feature is the location - the rooms are right behind a row of shacks in the middle of Kudle beach. They are accessed from the beach via a narrow alleyway next to the beach shacks. 

The property is also easily accessible from the private car parking. Special thanks to our host Vera who was friendly, funny and very helpful during our stay. 

Will always be my first preference when visiting Kudle beach again.

Well-maintained, clean, and spacious rooms right on Kudle Beach

This place is wonderful. The rooms are of a very high standard for the price, and the location can't be beat as you are right on the beach. The bed's are large and comfy. There's a space available to do yoga, and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach as you drift off to sleep.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Gokarna

The place is beautifully done. Dining is beach front. Had a whole calmness to the place. Open kitchen which automatically invites a trust on food. 
They have a wide range of Kerala cuisine. Authentic taste if you minus the regular spice consumption of the cuisine. i.e food is non spicy. 

The Ayurveda is also excellent. They have no shower facility though as they recommend to keep the oil for atleast an hour. But they give their cloth to wear which can be given back later. 


Excellent Ayurveda & good food 

This is same as Arya ayurvedic panchakarma center. Their hotel is called bougain villa. Awesome rooms for good price. Booked at booking.com at 1700rs/night, stayed for 4 nights.

This is the best place to stay at Kudle, reasonable and awesome location. You can just always be on beach!
