Once in a while, I am utterly delighted by a stay in a hotel. This was one of those (extremely rare) cases. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was sensational. And the owner is just incredible. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He really bends over backwards to ensure that his customers are happy. Oh and the price of the hotel is also surprisingly low - especially for Hannover, where prices are sometimes ridiculously high. What a win! I shall return for sure.

Wonderful place

We were very satisfied in this hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff and excellent service. The rooms are lovingly decorated and very clean and well maintained. Thank you very much to the whole team for the pleasant stay!

A very nice hotel

We were invited to a wedding at the Bouzid Hotel and we also stayed there. I think it is particularly noteworthy that the service was extremely good, attentive, fast and friendly, which accompanied the evening really well. Hospitality is still very much appreciated here! The rooms were very clean and the beds really very comfortable (I am very sensitive about hotel beds, but I could sleep here for two nights wonderfully). Since we have traveled as a couple, we were asked at the time of booking if the beds should be pushed together. Thank you very much for this successful celebration!

Wedding and Dinner

We booked this B&B as we were attending a concert at the Tui Arena and the nearby hotels had all increased their prices as they do. There was parking available out the front. As we were unloading, the owner Mr Bouzid came out to meet us and he offered us a lift to the Arena as there were other clients going there. A really useful service. He took us up to our room and told us what we needed to know. 
The room was a lot larger than I was expecting. It was bright and cheery. Good wifi. Kettle with tea and coffee available. This is a bed and breakfast. There is nowhere within easy walking distance to eat except McDonalds. As we were planning a leg stretch walk to the Arena, we stopped in Ikea to eat. 
We slept well. Good shower. Mr Bouzid greeted us at breakfast which is quite a spread. He was clearing tables and talking to his guests. He even made a point of coming outside as we were loading up to leave to say goodbye to us. Very customer focused. Good stay for the money.

The owner must be superman....

I first had to search to find the hotel here but now I have found it and I can tell you my experience. Super ambience and quiet yet well accessible. Everything super clean and comfortable set up. I immediately felt comfortable. Nice staff very welcoming and friendly. I really liked the ambience and I will come back anytime.

That's fantastic.

I've never been received so personally. I was almost expected and received a free beer, freshly sipped, to greet the room. Since not all the rooms were occupied, I had the opportunity to choose one. So I stayed in a large, clean room equipped with everything you need. I slept great. The shower was also exceptionally large. Wlan - free - worked perfectly. Breakfast provided me with everything I needed. If there is any criticism at all, then that the environment could be more attractive. But the very kind, hearty, helpful kind of host makes the environment worse.

Already in the parking lot, we were received very nicely. The rooms are very clean and conveniently furnished. There is even a quick cook. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The service is exemplary. The breakfast is rich and good. I can warmly recommend the Hotel Bouzid and would book it again on another stay in Hanover.

Very highly recommended hotel

My colleagues and I stayed here for the IAA exhibition. Great for the location: both the fair and the Hanover center can be reached in a short time. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, but above all the staff is really kind and always available for any need. Recommended!

I stayed at the facility on the occasion of the IAA fair. Very kind owners, always available and attentive to different needs. Free shuttle to the fair. Spacious room is absolutely above average of other facilities in the city of the same category. Breakfast varied and good! highly recommended!
