Especially the dinner in the cozy guesthouse is recommended. The village centre and Hausberg are in close proximity, perfect for a small trip to the mountains.

If you are going to hike or skiing this is good point of departure. 
It is like home with a nice mom that prepare good breakfast and if you want dinner. 
P.s She is an Austrian mom.  Be on time. Dinner it is at 19.00. 

Warm and Nice like home 

There are many guesthouses in Tyrol such as the Bruggerhof. But if at all there are few where such an excellent kitchen is offered. Austrian dishes of the finest quality are always prepared by the friendly hostess personally fresh with the best ingredients from the region. Rarely have we eaten so well in Tyrol. Hence the booking of half-board is highly recommended. But one should be prepared to be surprised by the kitchen, as no menu of choice is offered. Drinks are not served, but are prepared for the guest in a kitchen cabinet. In addition, there is a selection of special wines and three spices. The Bruggerhof is not a dignified traditional dining room, the nearby Rüghtigdorf village has a train station and a free service, but the rooms and living rooms are provided via WiFi.

Tradition and excellent cuisine

I was four days with my wife at this hotel-pension (arrived without any previous reservation). Rooms are huge, good heating, internet was a flash, and breakfast was a feast. Above all, the lady in charge was always kind to help in any aspect. Location is just a few steps from city centre, but on a more quiet corner.

Excellent on every aspect !!

The hotel very much reflects the Austrian tradition. The room was cozy, warm and spacious! In the reservation I had requested that there be a bathtub in the bathroom and so it was. We enjoyed the half-board, the excellent breakfast and plenty like dinner!!! The menu varied every evening, first, second, buffet and sweet outline.

Week-end of 8 December

The Hotel Bruggerhof is a small hotel with 17 rooms. I was extremely impressed by the service and the hospitality of the hosts. It's a family owned business that is run with soul and dedication. 
After checking-in we were invited to take a glass of sparkling wine for a drink at the bar. At was a nice gesture to welcome us. Two rooms have been shown to us, and we could choose the accommodation, one with shower the other equipped with bathtub.  We opted for the simpler room, which is decorated in the rustic, country-style with lots of wood. 
The room # 112 is equipped with double with two single matrasses. It offered a good night's sleep. A large desk allowed comfortable working on the computer. The couch in the sitting area can be converted into a double bed. The W-LAN connection was fast and reliable. 
The bath room is bright and clean. The ventilation was good. The rooms as wells a the bath room were comfortably heated at the end of October. 
We had booked half board. The dishes are served in an elegant ambiance with inviting white-clothed tables. The 3-course menu offered options with meat, fish or vegetarian. In addition, there is a large salad buffet. The food was tasty. The breakfast is extensively garnished local quality products, such as cut dry ham, cold cuts and cheese. Egg dishes are freshly prepared on order. 
The spa area is beautiful with different sauna rooms, a Turkish bath and Kneipp water basin. 
Especially I would like to point out once again the attention and the unobtrusive hospitality of the hosts. With my over 200 nights a year spent in hotels; I know to appreciate a good personal service. Guest that stay at the Bruggerhof are in good hands, and enjoy great Austrian hospitality.

First class Austrian hospitality in a scenic valley

We stayed on the 6th and 8th of December bridge and I can recommend that both the facility and all the staff, which should be family-driven, were very courteous and available. We were there with a 23-month-old baby and just arrived at the facility they immediately told us that they would bring him a bed for him.

Good structure

I stayed at this boarding house for two nights, with B & B treatment, as part of a group of 11 people. I made sure that the rooms assigned were sufficiently friendly, clean and quiet, except for my own, as it was easy, without the need to send money or guarantees by credit card; good availability in this sense of the boarding house managers. The apartment is located in the centre of Fulpmes, in a good position compared to the train station that connects it directly to Innsbruck. The rooms assigned were sufficiently friendly, clean and quiet, except for my own, as it was shown in front of a PUB and the first night, at 3:00, I had to listen to the corners of the entire boarding house, but this is not the exact amount of the tax I had been waiting for.

Lack of correctness

If you are looking for a typical Tyrolean hotel near Innsbruck and in the middle of nature (Schlick 2000) this hotel is just as the choice. Located in the centre of the village reachable by car but also by tram (strange but there is a small railway station that connects this village to Innsbruck via tram). Then in the middle of nature, surrounded by mountains. There is private parking, free but not very spacious (although the village is so small that the space cannot be the problem). The hotel is a small 2-3 storey bar that looks quite small in style.
