What a dream this place is! Charming boutique hotel with bohemian Ibiza vibes. The friendliest people EVER! Comfortable in every way. We stayed for 11 days and loved every minute. Amazing! Beautiful pool, great breakfast, comfortable beds, pretty details, bohemian, lovely staff, inviting, very close to supermarket, restaurants, marina, town.

What a dream this place is! Charming, Wonderful!

Buenavista is the best!! We loved it so much, it’s so beautiful. Breakfast was also very good! And it was a very relaxed place to be.
Next time we come to Ibiza i come back to Buenavista!

It was the best holiday!!

This is a lovely hotel. It’s not too far away from the main areas but is in a quiet location which suited us well. The room was very small with very little space to hang clothes. 
Other than that it was all good. The hotel does a buffet breakfast for €14 each and there was a good selection. The outdoor area was a nice place to sit and eat/drink or just relax with a book. There was never an issue getting a sun bed. 
The staff were all lovely, very helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day. 
I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed stay.

Relaxed break

Really nice hotel with a relaxed and lovely atmosphere.  Outdoor pool and bar has nice boho / rustic decor. Not far from shops or beach.  It is set on a slope with quite a few steps to negotiate so possibly less suited to small children or those with mobility issues.  Overall great, would highly recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel

A friend and I booked this hotel for a 4 day stay. The hotel is located a 30-40 euro drive from the airport and easy to locate. The hotel is located on a hill and we had lovely sea views from our terrace. The hotel was beautifully clean and staff are simply lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. We booked directly with the hotel which included breakfast which is a simple continental offering which is fresh and tasty. The pool area is  quiet and enclosed and offers shaded sun beds. It is a 2 minute walk from the sea front and lovely restaurants. We can't wait to return.

Lovely hotel

This hotel advertised that it has parking, which is important in Ibiza. They DO NOT HAVE PARKING.  They offer street parking.  Which is available to all 8 billion people living on planet earth.  It is VERY DIFFICULT to find a street parking space near to this hotel and VERY STRESSFUL. It does not make for a relaxing time and there are so many other hotels in the area that have genuine designated every parking lots for their customers.     Also, everything is falling apart at this hotel- from the loose and potentially dangerous banister at the bottom of the steep outside stairs to the cheapest possible towels, sheets toiletries, shower and the hardest cheapest mattress. Floors felt dirty, curtains didn't block out the daylight so good luck sleeping. Management doesn't care.  Overall the pictures are also hugely deceiving.  
This is a rickety hotel that is falling apart. There are so many nicer hotels in Ibiza. where we could have stayed that we left and booked another one.  We lost our money but it was worth it to leave that hellhole.

Worst Hotel I Ever Stayed In

I so wanted to love this place but sadly it’s not to be – a few moans and gripes you can forgive, but when they start collecting up it becomes somewhere you won’t return to. So to help you dear reader – my review:

Pros – Décor is just lovely, café & restaurant area super to chill out in, shop selling hippy stuff outside breakfast room was fab and well priced, food in main restaurant was excellent (we had lunch twice and dinner once), pool cabanas are very comfy as are the big comfy beds in rooms and massages were amazing.

Cons – look a bit closer and as one other reviewer said, it's less chic more shabby - actually everything is broken! Around pool the arms come off loungers, backs are missing struts, mattresses are v dirty etc. Our friends standard room inside was tiny, basic with a broken shower. Our upgraded garden suite was much more spacious and nicely accessorised but the ‘garden’ outside was like a waste piece of land, stank of cat poo and the loungers again broken … We were there 3 days before bath robes and toiletries unexpectedly turned up!
Breakfast is adequate but basic and doesn’t ever change plus you have to take EVERYTHING to the table yourself which means several trips – and with only one member of staff  on you are constantly asking for more plates/milk.OJ/napkins/cheese/bread and then hanging around waiting… boring! Plus its only served till 10.30am? Not ideal when you often have such late dinners in Spain. Of course they charge for a la carte breakfast in the restaurant later if you miss it. And this is where the moans escalate. We felt constantly ripped off by the owners. Told the wine we ordered wasn’t available so had to order a more expensive one – only to send it back (corked) and suddenly the cheaper one was available to us?? Told the Hotel transport to Las Dalias would be 30 €. We got a cab outside on street who charged us 11€!!!!!  There is no love for the guests here. The staff/owners (apart from lovely waitress Monika who stood out as realising exactly what hospitality should be and we loved her xx) seem to run it for themselves and guests are a bit of an inconvenience. The attitude is totally anti-guest relations. You were not allowed your own food and drink around the pool but no-one ever came to take an order from us. You have to leave the pool and go down actually into the bar to get drinks which was just irritating. And then staff were either not around or arguing (loudly and aggressively) with each other leaving customers waiting too long at bar and having to ‘interrupt’. We Brits love to have something to complain about … but when they started charging us for ice to take back to the room (yes really – 50cents a glass) it was the final straw – we had just spent over €100 on lunch for goodness sake – how flipping mean and totally sums up the lack of customer service and attitude to guests... Go for dinner. But don’t stay there.

This hotel really made our holiday. It is so beautifully decorated and full of character, and very peaceful — a real retreat from the hustle and bustle. We were with a group of friends and after some busy nights out this was the perfect place to chill. The pool area is lovely, with lots of gorgeous beds to lounge on and a sparkling pool. Set back from the town on the hill, we has a fabulous view of blue sea and blue sky from our balcony. The town and beach is just 5 minutes walk way, so all the amenities are close by.

The hotel has been in the same family for a couple of generations and they are excellent hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Great breakfasts!

Enchanting, beautiful place to stay

My boyfriend and I just came back from a six-night stay in this hotel with jaw-dropping interiors and we had a lovely, relaxing time. The location is quiet and peaceful, but still a 5 minute walk to Santa Eulalia town center (supermarkets,shops,restaurants,sandy beach and nice promenade). We hired a scooter to visit the island and parked it right in front of the hotel, which has private parking. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful tropical garden with various animals (turtles,parrots,fish,cats...) and a chilled pool side, with music and comfortable and beautiful sun beds (for couples,too). There is a bohemian Balinese vibe and that's why I chose it. We were lucky enough to have an upgrade- our room was tastefully furnished, lovely, with a big terrace looking over the sea and table, chairs and sun beds (these were uncomfortable, though, so didn't use them). Lots of space outside to hang wet towels and put shoes. They also offered an umbrella, great because it rained one day! The bed was comfortable but creaking anytime you turned, keeping you awake - very annoying. I would add a full-length mirror and tv (and as a plus maybe a mini fridge, for value for money). There was a fridge but was very small and for wine, I think. Can't say about breakfast because wasn't included with Booking so we were having it in a cheap but nice bakery in town. Buenavista recommended!

So relaxing and romantic - would go back right away

Buenavista Suites & Boutique Hotel is truly special. It is hidden away from the hustle and bustle,offering peace and tranquility. Anna and Hector are very friendly and welcoming, customer service is second to none. I have been travelling to Santa Eulalia for many years now and so pleased I have fianlly found my piece of heaven. I am now hoping to host a Pilates Wellness Retreat here next year.
