Negative points: foul smell in the house due to lack of cleaning, vintage housing and mattress sofa bed completely flat, household completely to be reviewed (dirty refrigerator, wall full of uncleaned crushed mosquitoes, dirty closet, and worst mattress that smells urine, staff immediately change the mattress but did not return for the sheets and housekeeping! frankly disappointment! The spa would also deserve a good refreshment A real disappointment The most: very well located, hospitable and pleasant staff,

We visit this residence on time and we always appreciate the very well equipped studio that has been allocated to us, unfortunately with a noticeable increase, as elsewhere for customers. For the cleaning kit, just claim it at the reception. This staff and that of the residence are the most pleasant. The gym is perfect and we have noted and enjoyed the replacement of the sports equipment on the outdoor course, indispensable. The water from the hurricane area was very warm. Now we should seriously think about renovating these pools, at all levels, I think it is planned. We are always waiting for the opening of the spacious hammam. The bar to be seen tomorrow, this is in the best interest of the family, and it needs to be done in the worst possible way.

RELATED but waiting for renovation part marine space

We stay in the same apartment every year. Side equipment c is simple. Noisy dishwashing, sipping plates, hot and doubtful HS. Bed sofa changed in very good quantity. Good sound insulation, beautiful view, clean facilities, smiling and flattering staff, much better. Side spa the best with jets that seemed in better shape than last year. Side care some massage therapists spill the skin and some do not care. At the price of the bathroom c is nothing of the abuse. But one of the officials had to reconnect with my wife but said nothing. Good stay despite the privacy. It will have to do a renovation of spa elements. Damage to the hammam closed for two years.

One week a year

28 years of loyalty to the hotel as to the residence, i.e. if we appreciate it!!! The professional teams are always as preventive and competent, the setting is so magical.... on the other hand even if total renovation work is planned it is only in a year and a half...!!!!!...is this a reason to penalize the clientele by keeping the hammam closed until then? To have a torn sofa in the residence apartment?

Very nice apartment and very well located! The staff is friendly, both at the spa and at the restaurant. The balcony would require a little painting and cleaning but at the end of winter and at the beach, I understand the wear! A little bemool for the spa, I didn't understand why the sauna is not mixed and also the departure time (10h) is much too early. 11:00 would be preferable.

The bathroom is tiny, old, with only a tiny sink. The balconies are very poorly maintained (orange tiles, dirty furniture and poorly pointed), they look out on tides full of bad-smelling algae. We've never eaten on the terrace so badly the smell is unpleasant. It's not at all a 3 star residence, the price is not at all justified given the state A really avoid

Very convenient accommodation, especially for thalasso

Weekend thalasso with 2 nights, 6 care. Very good reception, clean and convenient room, very good breakfast, clean swimming pool toilets and very nice swimming pool. We loved the care and the care staff were very nice. I highly recommend (for any age, we are 22 years old!)

1 week in the family with Mrs. en thalasso and 1 adult and 2 free children. as we are residents, free access to the pool, gyms and activities. spa as a supplement
