Comfortable, clean, quiet, spacious, balcony for each room with table and chairs (where you can have breakfast in peace as an alternative to the common room), excellent location, very nice staff available, it's almost better than staying at home. We were only 2 days and we were sorry to have to leave. If we ever had to come back we already know where the casino is.

Sweet home

The rooms are very large, but some are in the basement. We tried to stay there as little as possible, because you just didn't really feel comfortable. It was clean and tidy, we had a large kitchen and the bathroom was equipped with a dryer. The breakfast was delicious and prepared with a lot of love.

Replacement hotel but okay

First thing is this hotel has changed ownership in the last 3 months.  All rooms have been completely redone . Very clean spacious ,comfortable, re fridge, large bathroom, nice balcony with table and chairs. They are a full kitchen on the bottom floor for tenants use. The new owners have done a wonderful job upgrading this hotel which most of the decor is Moroccan.  Can say enough about "Elsa" the new owner...she was so helpful in recommending sites and places to eat. Also my wife's phone/internet minutes had expired due to our lengthy travel and Elsa was so kind to actually go with us to a place that could recharge her phone. Also the maid was so kind and actually did some laundry for us since we had been on the road at that point  for over 7 days.  I would highly recommend this place.....convenient location about a 15 min walk down the hill to the city center.

Pleasntly Surprised

We stayed here for two nights and the quality/price ratio is not bad. Our room was with a private bathroom, spacious but the bed is uncomfortable. There is no way to pay with paper so it's best to stock up on cash so that the owner doesn't follow you to the town waiting for you to pick up. Don't ask him to tell you where to eat, go downtown and get lost in the 1,000 restaurants.

For two nights you can do

There is a Chinese supermarket next door (2 minutes walking), selling bread and everything else. There are restaurants nearby but very touristy, at the end of the stay we discover the back of the house an Italian, but no longer needed. the main road next door. Quiet area, no noise. LOOR: the smell of the towels, HORRIBLE, clean at first but as soon as you get wet is better with the towels of the beach!!!! We will definitely bring our own towels if we turn here and ask for another room that doesn't have to be the hallway of the Italian at the end of the stay to the right, which is the best for the rest of Spain, there is no private property, there is no toiletries, there is no toiletries, there is no toiletries, there is no toiletries, there is no toiletries, there is no toiletries, there is no toiletries, there is no toiletries, there is no toiletries, there is no toiletries, there is no toiletries, there is no toiletries.

The perfect situation.

The mini-apartment we stayed in was very spacious and equipped with everything needed, both the bathroom and the kitchen. The owner was courteous and available but only accepted cash payment. The only drawback of the accommodation was that it was basement, so few windows and small ones, but for the rest we found ourselves very well!

The owner is friendly, and is often found around. Outside, outdoors, in common with the other rooms, there are tables and some wallstands with soup. Large kitchen with an induction cooking floor, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven and various tools. Spacious room with ventilator, sofa and dining table, TV and closet. Also spacious bathroom, with places to hang the room.

Very spacious.

Without a doubt the best place we stayed in the Algarve. Nothing was missing. Very clean and organized. The owner was phenomenal, although a quirky peelin (especially when it took 15 minutes to get out of the room). We understand that customers have the maximum deadline at 11h, but in 15 minutes to go up to warn...it seems to me a bit excessive even if it is the right thing to do.

Slowlyyyy ;)

It is not a hotel, but a house arranged in such a way that it has more rooms (mostly with shared bathroom) adapted to accommodate tourists. The surroundings are clean, but very old. The furnishings and beds are dated and the bathroom is not at all modern. The reception is nothing but the owner's living room. It does not accept credit cards. Recommended only for one night if you are travelling to Lagos although the quality price ratio is not so advantageous. The location is convenient for both the sea and the center.

No infamy and no praise

The room had a TV, a microwave, a refrigerator, a spacious bathroom and a balcony with a table and chairs - convenient to sit with wine and fruit in the evening) There is free wi-fi. On the rooftop there is a jacuzzi. We were offered free to use beach towels and umbrellas when necessary. The general convenience is that there are restaurants and cafes, a shop and beaches. Guests are provided with a key to the house and room, free access. The price/quality ratio is a good option.
