This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children up to 6 years old can stay free of charge if accommodated in the same bed as their parents. Smoking and parties/noise are not allowed in this accommodation. When guest smoke or organize parties/heavy noise, the guest will be charged with a fine of 100 Euros and the security deposit will not be returned. Managed by a private host
