Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. The hotel is cozy, has inner yard and a place to park a car. There is optional cheap laundry service which we used. The host is very nice and helpful. She gave some recommendations about places and restaurants to visit in Sighisoara. There is well equipped kitchen with free coffee and water.

Great and cozy place

Not sure how to review Casa Soare without sounding like I'm raving. It's that good. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable. Excellent location just minutes from the upper town, but blessedly quiet at night. Beds are comfortable, strong wifi, plenty hot water. Lovely hang out area and well outfitted communal kitchen with everything you'd need if you choose to self cater. And better than all this is the incredible host, Simona and her family. Anytime she can do to improve your visit, she'll do with a smile. We stayed in the Double Room With Balcony. If it's available do yourself a favor and book it. You'll wish you were staying longer. Highly recommend. 


Perfect place to stay in lovely Sighisoare. 

Very large room with fireplace and very comfortable wood bed.The room was clean; with toiletries in the bathroom. Possibility to use the indoor parking space In our room on the ground floor we did not understand the road.

The premises are very quiet, if you can park the car inside and the room was very large and clean, with a comfortable terrace.

Very pleasant hotel.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, always attentive to us. I recommend the site and certainly if I come back to Sighisoara would not hesitate to host me again at Casa Soare.

If we hadn't gone through that, it would have been better. After 15 days in Romania we still had a better squat at some adventures.... When we arrived we were greeted by two stressed managers who forced me to a tight parking lot and then I wondered how they managed to get 38 useful votes on Trip Advisor other than the fact that people didn't comment, and yet our standards aren't high having also slept in the countryside in the Maramureş, I found better squats at some adventures.... The disappointment of 15 days and seven pensions in Romania

A lovely family own this guest house, they speak English & are really welcoming. Room 4 was of a good size, hot water, English TV movie channels, aircon & a small table & chairs outside. There is an enormous communal kitchen (the oven is slow, doesn’t get hot enough) with everything you could need, even teapots ;) There is also free coffee & tea. Location is 5 mins from a big Lidl store which is on the way from the bus station if you come by public transport & takes 15 to walk to. The Guesthouse is just on the edge of town, making it easy to walk to all the sights from but quiet in the evening. The only thing I didn’t like was Room 4 had twin beds pushed together that squeaked loudly every time you moved, so much so I wore my earplugs.

Don’t look anywhere else

Warm hospitality and family atmosphere. We found everything we need to spend happy hours here: parking, walking distance to the center, comfortable room with closets and a comfortable bed. Windows with mosquito bin and bathroom with large shower. Good breakfast and available at a small expense. The owner of the car cleaned the whole car from the snow after the snowfall so that we could leave without any stress and the wife prepared a great breakfast.

Simona the lovely owner, a complete and clean room, cozy and comfortable.The breakfast, aside, is the most complete we have ever paid in Romania, with an unbeatable quality-price ratio.Free parking and very close to everything.To repeat.

 Exceptional

It's a nice location - in a quiet place and two steps from the historic center - you just have to climb a hill. There's a parking lot on the property, but it's not very big. The room is quite large, clean. There's a real fireplace, maybe in the winter they even let it go on. There's a common kitchen that's quite well equipped, there's all the necessary stuff. Tea and coffee for free. At first the room wasn't very warm. The hostess said it's standard for hotels, but if we want it, we can turn on the air conditioner. But later the batteries turned on and it warmed up.
