We had a lovely stay in Christina’s  studios 
The location is stunning and our room was spacious, spotless well equipped and with a balcony with a fabulous view. 
The owners are super friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend
Poros island and Askeli resort is Greece at its best laid back lovely beaches good tavernas and a fantastic local supermarket and bakery

Great accommodation in a lovely location

11th of June 2021 at Askeli (1,8km from Poros).

Clean apartment with sea view (No3) and an outdoor parking. Pretty spacious for 2 with a kitchenette. Guy Laroche linens, ac, free wifi and free toiletries. Really kind reception staff.
On our arriving they treated us with fresh lemonade and karidopita (sweet walnuts pie).
Low price for June at 45€/night (thankfully). We booked it from Booking.com. They are cleaning every day, but they are changing the towels every 3 days.

They are cleaning every day

Christine Studios (as it is called today) is a nice hotel overlooking the Askeli Bay. The beach is just a minute walk from it.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was queen sized with a soft matress, providing very good sleep quality. The bathroom was spotless clean and of average size for the hotel category, with many amenities provided. The kitchenette had all the basic stuff you'd need. Our balcony had a partial view of the sea but keep in mind that you can enjoy the scenery even on rooms with this kind of view because the hotel is distant enough from the main street. Also, all the windows had insect meshes which is always a plus.

This is a family (and family owned) hotel. The owners are friendly and helpful for everything you'd like to ask. They welcomed us with some homemade pie and a warm smile.

The center of Poros is about 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel and the scenery is quite nice. The beach on Askeli is perfect for a quick swim if you don't have a car or don't want to go to a farther away beach.

Overall an excellent stay, will surely come again!

Great hosts, excellent stay

Just one minute walking to the beach, equipped with a balcony toward the sea, Christina studios is a great choice.
It also have a kitchen with all the needed facilities, and the rooms a always spotless clean. 

The best choice for a small apartment in Poros

It's in the quiet suburb of Askeli about 2 km from the harbour and main town. Askeli itself has only a limited selection of tavernas, cafes, bars and supermarkets, but the beach here is wonderful, neither too crowded nor too pebbly. The hotel is only 50 metres uphill from the beach. Most rooms open into a small private courtyard overlooking the bay where one can enjoy breakfast or relax with a book. The rooms are clean and spacious, with an adequately stocked kitchen, plenty of hot water in the shower and quiet, efficient A/C if needed. The owners are friendly and relaxed. 

Poros Town is 5 minutes away by car or about 20-30 on foot. There is also an infrequent but punctual bus service that stops along the beach almost directly in front of the hotel. Schedules are posted at the bust stop and in town.

Great value, facing the beach

We've been choosing for hotel in poros for so long and decided to give this one a try. And it turned to be the best choice. An administrator Catherine is the cutest and very attentive, the service was was very nice and we were very happy to be there. Even though hotel is not new, rooms are clean and spacious, and everything was very convenient. Also the view from the window is very pleasant. We lived in several hotels on several islands during our vacation and this one was definitely the best. We left with the best impressions.

Our appartment had a stunning view over the bay and our breakfasts, lunches - we came off the beach for a break each day and pre-supper drinks could hardly have had a better backdrop. The studio was basic but spotlessly clean with a big comfy bed, an excellent shower and simple kitchen facilities, including a fridge. There is a daily maid service and our sheets and towels were constantly changed. The sandy beach and 2 tavernas are 3 minutes walk away. An excellent small supermarket and bike hire are under 5 minutes walk along a pretty lane. There is airconditioning too. Christine, her daughter Katerina and son Theodore could not be more obliging and everyday a treat is left for tea - a nice touch! Askeli is a lovely spot with at least 6 great tavernas but Poros town is only a 20 minute walk away or 5 euro taxi fare. Poros has no airport which is great in terms of who turns up but it is easy to get to via Athens, a direct X96 bus to Pireaus from the airport, (1 1/4 hours) and a 1 1/4 hour hydrofoil ride. The studios are very reasonably priced indeed as are the tavernas and supermarkets, despite the value of the euro. We always ate our in the eveningst: starter, main course and drinks for under 30 euros for 2.
