Nice room without window but smelly bathroom....it is like someone just urinated or maybe it is near kitchen.  but in fairness to their breakfast...all you can eat sunny side up . juice and bread with jam

I JUST LIKE THE BREAKFAST

The hotel is in a very good location,close to night life and restaurants.It needs a good renovation.The staffs are very friendly and helpful .Room is a bit small but for the price it's ok.Breakfast not so good.Try to bring your own toiletries because you will get just a piece of soap and no shampoo.

Good location

We stayed here for two nights and we're not impressed!! Rooms are dirty and the breakfast is inedible!! Staff barely speak English so we were messed around a bit however they were friendly enough!! Many better places to stay

Avoid!!

Location is very good: near to central market and to many restaurants.... 
Staff is very gentle but that's it!
Breakfast was not so various and bed was very uncomfortable.
The room seems not so cleaned and many bugs around.
And last: it's a very noisy place, starting from 5 in the morning until midnight and later, closing the window was not enough to let us sleep.

Only a good location

I stayed at the newly refurbished now named Na Na for eight days over the new year the tv showed all my favorite documentary channels the wifi was good the room clean the breakfast was fair  a smell came from the shower drain which I covered with a small bin the location was good close to bars and food some construction noise can be heard during the day nearby

When I last stayed here, I rented 3x for 2 to 4 nights. $15 for double rooms without breakfast, $18 dito with breakfast, safety box in the closet, clean rooms and nice help staff, restaurant on the second floor is also sometimes recommended, not the cheapest food, the quality of the food was good and in the rainy season it's just a matter of not having to get wet when the little hunger comes.

Any time again

We spent one night in Phnom Penh in April 2012 before taking a bus to Siem Reap. So we booked this hotel that matched our criteria for a one-night accommodation with shower, AC and pdj, and low budget (less than 20 euros). The hotel is well located, a few minutes from the central market of PP. The rooms are large, with AC, trunk and shower, but the cleanliness leaves to be desired: dirty walls, average bed.

Hotel right for the price but can do better

If you choose a room with windows, it's okay to be relatively loud at night, right in the middle of the nightlife. Cleanliness and service are fine, parking deck is available, whether it costs anything, not needed or not in demand. Breakfast is okay, let alone special features.

Good for night owls

We've been to the Circuit Hotel many times and we've always been very satisfied. A single room with room for two, air conditioning and breakfast for $18 in a very good location.

Good price performance ratio

I spent the last night of my stay at the Circuit Hotel, and it was very good. The staff spoke pretty good English and was very helpful. I had slept at the Hang Neak Hotel for the same price, but the location of the Circuit is much more convenient. The room is spacious, clean, with water bottles on offer, air conditioning, large bathroom with products. The room had no windows but it wasn't suffocating anyway given the space. There is Wi-Fi but no PC available if you don't have your own. Breakfast is included; however, breakfast is not top! I recommend for friendly staff, for rooms and for easy access to the central American market.
