Very friendly hotel staff, the best entertainment for children and adults in the evening that we have had at a hotel. Mustafa was a great dj, lots of energy always! The manager was doing lots of entertainment in the evenings like fire shows!! AMAZING!! Overall a lovely hotel and lovely people to be around :)

Lovely family holiday!

We read the reviews and thought it could not be as bad as what we were reading, oh my god worst mistake ever! changed rooms 3 times to get to a basic dated room, but it did have air con, 1st night we slept on sunbeds by pool as given room with no air con, after refusing 1st room due to foul smell of sewage! took 4 visits to reception to get room, asked for shower towels and eventually was brought some towels but asked to smell them first to check if clean!!! WTF! It has one what they call main restaurant, which is just a room with food laid out hours before service time ir breakfast is at 7am, food cooked and laid out riddled with flies, fried eggs and omelettes all cooked ready!! WIFI you have to pay for, no beach towels, beer and drinks given in tiny child party cups and taste awful!, the only holiday I have been on where I lost weight! thank god for Imodium. The only plus side the Spa which is attached to hotel, but nothing to do with them is fantastic best massage ever! Also the weather. If you have booked this hotel honestly you need to change, worst hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey and I go every year.

DO NOT BOOK AWFUL HOTEL!!!!

After reading the reviews of this hotel we where very sceptical but after the first day our opinion changed a lot of this hotel. we arrived to be greeted at reception by a lovely member of staff and had our bags all taken up to the room by the staff. the food was brilliant for the whole 11 days we stayed. varied everyday with chicken , fish , stews, burgers salads the odd time a bit cold but if you where there for the right time it was piping hot. the kids loved the 2-4pm snack bar with chicken/turkey burgers. beef burgers chips onion rings etc if they didn't have anything at lunch so they where always eating something. the staff at this hotel work tirelessly round the clock and always have a smile on their faces. a lot of the names i cannot remember but the manager of the dining area was always high fiving and giving hugs to our little ones and they loved the attention they got everyday from the staff. the rooms are a little dated but from what i seen going on things are being improved and work was currently being done installing new toilets etc and the dining and beach areas have been worked on too from the difference in the photos that I seen. a lot of eastern Europeans here and the hotel seems to be geared up towards them but we never felt left out and were always involved in everything that was going on around the hotel. a special mention to the shop staff and their little boy he was just so cute. they where so so nice to us and we felt like we made friends on this holiday especially the entertainment team. zafery (who we called Stefan) and Yousef who had the best time with our little boy calling him the boss and every time he walked past over seeing how he was and taking him to say hello to the other customers etc. mini disco and the beach party where brilliant with zafiry doing a fire show and a sparkler display which was very good and entertaining to watch. we also had a foam party in the pool on our first day which was great fun too! shout out to maxon i think thats what his name was on the bar double of cesc fabregas always had the drinks flowing, and the mango cocktails where fabulous too!. would we go back YES! definatly if you want a relaxing holiday or a party this is the spot for you close to alanya and konakli. give it a go and see for yourself...

a smashing family holiday. we didnt want to come home! shout out to the staff of this hotel. they made our holiday!!!!

After arriving here 11.30pm with 3 young children. We arrived. The manager got a member of staff to inform us no room available. Travelled all day from UK. Manager shrugged his shoulders. Awful attitude and very dismissive. Not helpful at all. He gave us an alternative an hours drive away!!
Basically said take it or leave it as we told company yesterday!!! .....we have no rooms. But when holiday company rang them the following day to find out why they said they'd been flooded. Not likely when we saw people coming and going there, disco on!!
Told we couldn't use their phone to fix problem. So 12pm no room. No phone (no data and we couldnt use their phone).  No offer of food for kids who had been travelling all day, pitch black outside. Awful staff and awful rude manager. Stay clear!!  
Asked for help to fix problem but told cannot help. Families.... people on their own.... stay away from here unless you want disappointment. Most unfriendly place I've ever been. We had booked this last year too. Plenty of time for them to sort this out. Will never go back ... do yourself a favour guys book elsewhere

We are currently staying at the hotel, everything is very nice.They prepare it as in the photo whenever you want.We are currently staying in April 2024 and almost everywhere has changed.If all the employees are hanging around you, to ensure you have a nice holiday.

Nice Hotel and nice people....

We turned up at 11pm after 18 hours of travelling to be told there was no rooms for us and we'd been transferred 55mins away!! Hotel manager is a joke,. basically told us to just go and find the new hotel, turns out they'd told our holiday company we booked through that the hotel had been flooded the day we were arriving! But clearly a LIE as there was a disco on and people still staying at the hotel. We've been moved to a complete dive, no working lift, not enough beds so we are sharing ... Don't EVER waste your money or time booking this vile place.

Diabolical LIARS, don't waste your time staying at this DUMP!!

My friend and I took a very last minute cheapy break and had a thoroughly nice time.  We're in our 50s and just wanted to chill, that's exactly what we got.  The whole vibe of this hotel was very relaxed, exactly what we needed.
We were all inclusive, for the first 2 days, the food wasn't great and it was cold.  From the 3rd day, it became really nice so we deduced there may have been a different chef.  We're not really 'drinkers' but did sample the odd one or 2.  The drinks are definitely not watered down!  Everything is geared up for outdoors, luckily we didn't have any rain, and it was lovely to eat right by the sea.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you would need to catch a bus or get a taxi to go out and about.  Would I go to this hotel again? Yes, it was a very relaxing break

A chilled break

Cleanliness is completely lacking, both in the rooms and in the rest of the hotel and especially in the restaurant and terrace. Cats and puppies wander awkwardly around the hotel and leave fleas. The furniture in the restaurant under any criticism is miserable. Chairs with protruding and stained nails. It is eaten from cardboard plates. The mattress on the bed is miserable and full of hair, the room is cleaned after 7 days. The towels were changed only after 5 days when I went to the reception to change them.
And the biggest problem is the employees who are aggressive.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Everywhere was absolutely filthy.  Exposed wires hanging down. Lots of lights not working. 
2 single beds of different heights pushed together and made up with ripped stained sheets.
Staff were unhelpful and rude. After complaining they just rolled there eyes and shrugged. 
We left the hotel of horrors after one hour and checked into another hotel. Also 4 and half hour coach ride to location
