I stayed at this hotel one night with my partner, we arrived late due to bad weather and traffic but we were greeted kindly, our room was clean and warm, the structure probably suffers from the years it has, but it is still pleasant and cozy. Room provided with everything that can be used except for the bathroom set (shampoo and moisturizer to understand us) and there is a simple colony dispenser for everything.

Passing but super ok

We stayed at this hotel for only one night (the night of 16.08) of returning from the holidays to get closer to the port of departure. We had read the excellent reviews in the past and they were not denied. A few steps from the center, the hotel is family-run with the owner, Mr. Alessandro, a welcoming and caring person who makes you feel well wanted from the first moment. He takes care of the reception and breakfast and his wife, Mrs. Elisabetta, takes care of the rooms. The furniture is reminiscent of the 70s and 80s, but the cleaning is alcap (I walked with the white socks back and forth for the room and remained in the hotel's sweet spotlight. A good smell of the kitchen and a nice atmosphere on the very dirty or clean room is not even available afterwards).

A wonderful stop.

I selected the Conchiglia Hotel for its very reasonable price considering the convenient. There was also the inclusion of breakfast described in some reviews as ‘excellent’ and praise for the owners, Alex and Elisabetta who were described as ‘warm and welcoming’. The location is excellent being close to the town centre and the breakfasts were good. On booking I did request a room on the top floor – having travelled the world for 26 years now I have discovered the worst noise tends to come from rooms above mine. We were given a room on the first floor which was ideally placed for a disturbed night by a late arrival who clearly felt it necessary to unpack every item before retiring to bed in the early hours of the morning. Our stay also coincided with the unfolding of a domestic drama and the hall and stairways resonated with the sound of angry voices. Such a shame and one can only hope this situation is temporary as, despite these inconveniences and the sudden reduction of the supply of hot water to a short period in the mornings we did enjoy our stay there and in particular the close proximity of some excellent restaurants and the train station.

Convenient Location, Reasonably Priced

My partner and I spent a week in this very welcoming hotel with the very kind, available and friendly owners (husband and wife). With 3 euros a day you can park the car in the blue parking lots thanks to the agreement made by the hotel owners.

That's great.

We are a young couple of 33 and 27 years old and we found ourselves at home. Very nice people both Alexander the owner and his wife, always available to give us advice on where to go and what places to visit. Hotel very central in fact we no longer use the car, as far as parking is concerned instead paying the hotel an irresistible daily fee of a few euros you can put the car where you want in all the parking lots with the strips within 2 minutes walk from the hotel. We never found any difficulty in finding one.

We stayed with my wife in this hotel about 20 years ago with a good memory. A few days ago we returned with the family and we found the owner Alessandro and his wife who welcomed us with open arms. Hotel with a not so good location. Parking agreed for 3 euros a day we could park in all the blue parking lots of Montecatini (the closest ones are 1 minute walk from the hotel).

Suffice it to say, I'm staying at a hotel for the second time. Montecatini Terme is a place you come to for two reasons: To visit the spa or use the convenient location to visit all of Tuscany. If you are coming for this other reason, I highly recommend this hotel.You will not have some luxury here, but you will be experienced by the friendly staff and the most modest but beautiful hotel. I'll come to this hotel again.

Nice,small,family hotel

We stayed 2 nights. Very kind and available family conduct. Mr. Alessandro, the owner, is the Cicero of Tuscany, very willing to give information about what to visit. Clean room with TV and Wi-Fi. Very convenient to walk to the center in the evening. 100 meters from the baths. I recommend for those looking for support to visit more places and not spend a crazy!

I highly recommend it!

We felt very comfortable in the hotel. The room was large enough, had a balcony to the street, which was not very crowded. It was all very clean. The bathroom is very spacious, a large shower. There is no refrigerator and no air conditioning, however, which was no problem for us. We were very friendly, the communication in English worked very well. We got a lot of helpful tips. You can park for 3€ all day. Montecatini Terme has surprised us very much. It is the genius starting position for Tuscany, in the middle of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. We had no positive bookings, very good price/benefit ratio.

Central location, very clean, family run

By booking I got to know the hotel Conchiglia booking for the National Special Olympics we got a great welcome and kindness courtesy and cleanliness make this hotel a diamond tip besides it is located in the center surrounded by all the amenities absolutely to recommend
