the entire hotel staff deserves great recognition. Let's be honest, sometimes people behave like cattle, and the staff always does their best to keep everything clean and everyone happy. There are a lot of people in the bar in the evenings, but the bartenders, e.g. Barney and Cagri, always smile, are always nice, friendly and have a sense of humor. Omer, however, tries not to sit at dirty tables and always treats customers with a smile. Great service

the hotel is quite nice. We are not people who require special treatment or many comforts. It was supposed to be clean, comfortable and warm, and it was. We were surprised by the very friendly approach of the bartenders, especially Barney and Nur. Barney made us laugh, he was nice and friendly, an outstanding employee. Similarly, the hotel SPA service. While the adults were being massaged, Rashid took care of our son, and until the end of the stay he greeted him like a friend, which gave our son great joy. Small gestures that will make us remember it nicely :)

First of all i wanna start by thanking to the workers in the restaurant. Especially eda, i really appreciate her. She's so fine and has helped me a lot. The food is also tasty, thanks to the chefs, they're amazing. I will talk about your hotel and restaurant to my friends and big family when i go back to poland :)

Eda ist the best  Ann nice person  . She is a wonderful girl smiling to us. And it's so nice. She smiles to customers maybe most people don't care but for me it's very important. Big hugs from me and my wife. Justyna is my wife and i am richard. We love her. Thanks 😊 and also I wanna thank to sefa to the other workers he's also very nice

First of all I wanna start with thanking to Eda and huseyin. It’s my first time in this hotel and in this country. I liked everything. The restaurant part is my favorite. Food is important for me and like uhhh everything that’s on the restaurant’s menu was definitely amazing and worth trying. The workers are so nice and kind. So glad to be here. I will recommend this place to everyone. Thank u, lots of love from Kazakhstan !! X

The vacation we spent at this hotel was very successful. The hotel staff is of a very high standard. I would like to mention Eda, who works in the restaurant. She is always smiling and helpful. Her English is excellent, and her approach to her work is fully professional. I recommend this hotel for families with children and those looking for relaxation with professional service. Everyone will find something for themselves here.

The surroundings of the hotel are amazing: so many plants and green spaces, beautiful 18+ pool. I loved it. My kids loved the water slides. It's a pity they aren't open all the time. 
I was offered a deluxe room instead of a standard one and I was very satisfied with both the room and the service. The restaurant staff is very kind, helpful and quick. I would like to thank to the restaurant cleaning staff at the terrace (in the evening, a woman and a man) and the guys next to the bar in the morning (sorry, I can't remember the names :(), and to Ms. Eda who was also very kind. The food was delicious and varied. 
I enjoyed the entertainment offer at the hotel a lot: sport classes (yoga, aqua aerobic and step classes), shows and the mini club. I would like to mention Zehra and Jana - always smiling and ready to help, both best sport instructors <3. My kids also loved the Polish animators as well as suuper-friendly Cansel and Zeynep.

great family time

Eda is very nice and really helpful. She smiles a lot and is really funny. She has helped me a lot. Shes the best in the hotel. Her english is so good, I like her accent. She seems smart. She has a great energy. Shes creative. She knows the most important polish words and she uses them whenever she needs. I like her pronounciation and accent. The restaurant is SUPEEERRRR YAAAAYYYY. And comfortable of course auahayahahha

Thanks to the hotel and the workers. Everything is perfect. Huseyin Chef and Eda are the best! Love them so much. They have helped me a lot. They have a beautiful smile and they’re so helpful, kind, huseyin is gentleman and eda is very nice. I’m so grateful. Hope to see them again in this hotel. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Lots of love xx

There's this girl eda who works for the restaurant. She's the nicest and the cutest person in this hotel. She's so positive, she made my day. She helped me about everything and answered all my questions. I'm so glad that I met her. Hope to see her again in this hotel. If I recommend this hotel to people it's because of her.
