My family (4 adults, 2 children - 3&4) stayed in the main villa at the end of May for a week. This was our first holiday abroad with the children so I was a little nervous. 

Our flight was delayed so by the time we arrived it was close to midnight but we were still warmly greeted at the villa by owners Nermin and Ali. 

The villa was spotlessly clean, the rooms all a good size and we were made comfortable as Ali gave us a quick walk around going over any technical and safety bits. 

The pool and paddling pool can be fully enclosed which was a great safety feature. My nerves totally disappeared from this point as the kids just had the best time! 

The villa is located a short walk (10 mins) from the main centre of Dalyan. It’s lush setting is lovely and quiet, it’s a perfect place to enjoy the sun, pool and relax. 

A short walk down the road is the main hotel to which the villa belongs. I recommend popping down to see Nermin, Ali, Merve and the rest of the team for even more lovely food and friendly service. A great place to have an Efes and chat! 

All being well, we’ll be back next year but hopefully for 10 days this time.

Perfect family holiday with small children

I very rarely want to go back to the same place twice (there's so many place to explore) but the location of this villa and the staff made this a holiday to remember.
We had never been to Turkey before and we were a little apprehensive due to the covid issue. 

As we were travelling as a very large group (we had the 3 bed villa and our friends and their family took the 2 x 4 beds across the road with their extended family staying at the hotel) it was nice to have our own sapce.

As other reviews have said, You'll never find more helpful and friendly owners as Ali and Nermin. Booking outside of recognized tour operators can be a worry but as our friends had been here before we had confidence all was above bored. We needn't of worried. They treated us like family and helped us book all of our excursions (everyone in the area knows the Hasirci's so they'll get you the best deals and speak to them in Turkish so you don't pay more than you need to). 

The villas are well equipt. We needed the washing machine a few times to wash the towels although they were replaced in the week. I'll be honest, the villa needs a little maintenance in places. The handled are 'fragile' and the bathroom needs some attention, but on the whole, its perfectly livable for a couple of weeks. 
The main selling point of the 3 bed is the size of the pool which is bigger than the 4 bed's across the road. Unlike the 4 bed villas the 3 bed isn't accessible for disabled guests however this wasn't an issue for our family. 

It takes around 10 minutes to walk into Dalyan town. There are 2 bikes but as we had 4 people in the villa we didn't use them often. The tyres needed pumping up so we had to take them to the hotel to be done. Alternatively, if you need to go to the supermarket (which you will, as you will need to buy water) we took a taxi back which cost around 20l. it was so hot we usually only walked into town in the evenings. The taxi company know where the villas are so it's never a problem. 

We went to the hotel a couple of times including a BBQ that is laid on once a week (although this was incorporated into a birthday party for a friend). The service was excellent as you'd expect. The staff work so hard to make it special. There are lovely places to relax especially the pagoda hidden away at the back of the garden. Bar prices are stupidly cheap and you never feel taken advantage of. 

Dalyan has many cats and dogs that run free around the area. My daughter loves cats but coming from England this can seem a bit unsettling. The ones around the villa were all good natured and were fed well. Our friends seemed to attract the dogs at their villa. Once or twice we came back from a night out to find a lovely gift left on the patio (mouse and a bird). The mozzies are a real pain. I don't think I've ever had so many bites all at once. Plastering myself with spray didn't seem to make any difference. That was a shame as I'd have liked to lay on the hammock at night to look at the stars but it wasn't worth the pain.

We wouldn't hesitate to return to these villas or the hotel, in fact we are trying to get our family together for a couple of years time (when hopefully this awful covid has past). We love this place and the people. We all feel far cleaner and safer than at home. The police were always on hand to tell you to ear a mask in crowded places. I would have felt fine walking back from town on my own. It's a great place for families. If you are thinking of booking the villa or hotel stop and just do it! Although, I'm almost wanting to put people off as this is a true gem of a place and I'd like to keep it a secret.  Just looking at the photos on here makes me very emotional. I love Dalyan.

Crescent twin villas Dalyan

So amazing to find a fully accessible villa for a wheelchair user. Wonderfully spacious, excellent lift and water powered chair to lower you into the swimming pool in a very dignified way.
The owners who also run the Crescent Hotel in the same road are the best! They go out of their way to help you and arrange transfers, taxis to the beach and boat trips.
The children 5 and 8 loved it and it was a lovely relaxing holiday for the grandparents too!
Will be back next year - can't wait

Nothing was too much trouble!

Words cannot explain how kind, welcoming and amazing the staff and owners are at crescent villa. Nothing is too much and they are always on hand if needed. 

The villa was beautiful and so were the surroundings. It was a perfect holiday for my 3 children ages ranging from 10 years old to 1! 

We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much for a perfect holiday 

Beautiful place run by amazing people

This beautiful villa has everything you will need for a wonderful pleasant and relaxing holiday . 
Nermin and Ali who own the villa were simply amazing , anything we wanted to know or needed was no problem to them . 
Such kind , lovely hosts . 
We will definitely be returning to this wonderful place .

Crescent villa (white)

We have just returned from 14 fantastic nights stay at Crescent Villa and can’t praise the place enough. After arranging transfers from the owners Ali & Nermin we were picked up from the airport in a lovely air conditioned people carrier and were met by the lovely Ali at the villa who showed us around and explained how everything worked. Ali & Nermin had kindly left us a bottle of wine, some croissants, and there were tea/coffee making sachets and milk and water in the fridge. The villa itself is lovely and finished to a high standard and we felt so comfortable our whole stay. It has 3 good sized bedrooms, 1 en suite shower room, 1 family shower room and a downstairs toilet. All rooms have fantastic air conditioning. The lounge is very comfortable and has good sized tv and DVD available. The WiFi was brilliant our whole stay. Kitchen was bright and airy and has all the equipment you will need. The dining room just off the kitchen has lovely big windows which open on to the patio. The grounds are beautiful and full of fruit trees and the garden was tended to almost daily. We loved the pool which was essential for those hot days and we felt it was a good size. We loved the location of the villa and it was about 8-10 minutes walk into town and we found various different routes took us there and the lovely sights we saw whilst wandering down were part of the charm. Ali & Nermin also have another 2 beautiful villas across from the villa we stayed in and we were shown one of them which was a 4 bed villa and it was simply stunning! The whole villa was incredible inside and has been completed to a very high spec. I believe it’s the only villa in Dalyan with a lift should anyone have any disabilities or mobility issues. The pool also has a hoist/pully system for wheelchair users. As mentioned before Ali & Nermin were fantastic hosts and they also run the lovely Crescent Hotel which is a 5 minute walk away and they are always on hand should you need any assistance. The hotel also welcomes you along for breakfast/snacks and you can go on boat trips or BBQ’s. We have been to Dalyan many times and we were just looking for a lovely relaxing time this holiday and Crescent Villa provided us with that. Thank you from Lesley & Kenny x 😊

Fantastic Stay

Nermin and Ali the owners were most welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. The villa is an 8-10 minute stroll (flat) to the centre of town and 3 largish supermarkets close by on  the main road near the turtle roundabout/Mosque square, taxi back to the villa was 12tl if you have to much to carry from the shops.
The villa itself was very modern and spacious with a nice mature garden with various fruit trees. The pool and patio area was large and the patio had lots of seating (coffee table with 6 chairs High bar table with 4 chairs a garden swing plus a futon the pool had 6 loungers plus parasols) Behind the hedge by the pool was a raised gazebo two hammocks and a BBQ. Nermin and Ali's 12 Island sailing trip was good as was their BBQ night at their Hotel which is about 5 minutes walk from the villa.
Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and lounge. Pool towels were provided which saved space in our cases. Ali will order a 19ltr water bottle for you to save you the trouble of lugging water from the shops. All in all as a family of 6 ages 10-66 we had a fantastic 2 weeks and would love to return in the future.Thank you Nermin & Ali for making our stay one of the best holidays we have had.
