I categorically do not recommend the hotel for accommodation, there are no sanitary, fire prevention and sanitation facilities. Stayed in room 15 of the category 2- local standard, a million times regretted that I booked and paid for the entire stay in this hotel. Real photos do NOT match the site. Anti-sanitary conditions on the entire hotel's territory (photo attached), starting from the entrance door and staircase, ending with the room, furniture and sanctuary. Stayed in room No. 15 of the category 2- local standard, our complaints about quality cleaning staff did not respond, making the city not understand the English language. There are no conditions for staying in the hotel's front door: the hotel's guides only threatened to steal the bed, the furniture, the morning lighting, the threat of a fire alarm, threatened to rescue us, but the director of the hotel, who offered to stop me at night and the other rooms and rooms, and the owner of the hotel, who offered to help me with the number of people who wanted to make a lot of money in the room and the room.

I definitely wouldn't recommend it!

I don't understand how Booking can accept having some crap in the catalogue. I booked this place for work reasons because I couldn't find anything else in the area. When I arrived I realized the mistake was made but unfortunately it was already late.

It sucks.

Worst hotel in Germany??
Arrived at the hotel to find the hotel receptionist looking like something from a gangster rap video...and was concerned if I was at the right place. Even that we had prebooked it took over 30 min to check in..

The hotel reception looked like something from a Bosnian war movie..wires hanging out from the ceiling, broken light bulbs...

The "room" ...well...see the photos...

And there is no breakfast even though we were told there was when we booked and it is on the bill...

And you have to share toilet and shower with the others in the hall...

I will never ..ever return.

Hotel???? Not sure

I'm not one to complain as you can see from my previous reviews, if there is an issue i like to sort it with the restaurant or hotel on the night and hope it improves their service. The photographs the hotel has provided have to be years old. The entrance hall and stairs is in need of some love and attention, the lobby is clean. But the halls and landings leading into the rooms will send a shiver down your spine. The bedroom wasn't much of an improvement and looked nothing like the rooms on the web. There was a stale smell of smoke in the room and a broken window with duct tape. After a long day at a trade fair this was not what i signed up to.  we immediately went downstairs and requested a refund. the staff were less than helpful saying they couldn't do anything and to contact them afterwards (good luck with that). i know its reasonably priced and close to the train but so are many others. i have traveled to Germany every year since 1992 and have never been in a hotel like this.    

buyer beware.

We booked two single rooms with a colleague, and about an hour before our arrival we were warned about the possibility of sharing a double one for lack of rooms. Unless we noticed a few minutes later that they were being put up for sale again on a well-known online booking site.

Odyssey, there are no words

We didn't expect anything, but even this was still underbidden. Never slept in anything as low as in this hotel. Of course, it's enough to pen for one night, but then even at the time of the meal it shouldn't be justified more than 25 euros.

It can 't get any worse.

It's all down, all broken and dirty, mold in the bathroom, smell in the rooms... wardrobe unusable because it broke down, card payment refused, no regular receipt for cash payment, printer allegedly defective.

I'm going to kill you!

Totally dirty, unfriendly staff, hair on the bedding, shower's full of mold, windows broken, very bright, just to name a few keywords... whether there's a license here is also questionable.

Don 't deserve the stars

i was check in 23 august on this hotel
When they do check in they give me my room access card but they said have a problem on the doors lock they will change this on afternoon and i say ok np cause i will going outside and comeback in midnight.
Then when i comeback in midnight and try to access my room the lock is still doesnt work and nobody have in reception i start to wait then somebody is come half hour later.
He is open my room with a special key (not a card with a hardware key) So he say it it will be ok on morning.
Then i visiting again city in the morning and comeback hotel in afternoon 
When i ring the hotel outside door bell somebody start to talk from diaphone and he is starting to ask some question the questions is :
1 who are you
2 do you want room
3 which room are you stay
And i tell him open door i just wanna go to my room
When i arrive Of course lock is still doesnt work then i go reception and nobody is there i call 9 from reception telephone and some man is come and start scream and yell me 
Why you using this phone you can touch this phone bla bla Bla i think they totally crazy 
Beware from this hotel anyway they loose them mind



Away from this hotel

A very well-occupied room with a shaky door lock, thin walls - you can hear everything, on the other hand, friendly reception, good central location in the city centre, and a mockery of Düsseldorf's conditions.
