Dom Solntsa Private House is located in Kislovodsk. The house is located at the beginning of the Alikonovsky gorge, in the area of the renovated urban lake, where a leisure space with a beach, sports and playgrounds, and recreation areas has been created. The center and the resort area are 3 km away (the city bus stop is next to the house), the market can be reached by car.
At the private house
Over 10 people are provided with an additional fee per guest — RUB 750.00 per day, upon prior request it is possible to accommodate up to 20 people.
Guests can make noise in the house.
The house has five bedrooms, each with a TV, three bathrooms, a bathroom, two separate showers, a hairdryer, an iron, linen, towels, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen with air conditioning, a dishwasher.
