They don't know how to deal directly with the public, I don't think they like it or want to have that business, the lady is poorly educated and should, faultona, everything dirty.. in the end a disaster, we were treated like garbage and forgot that we were their customers.

HORRORSELY treated, nothing recommended.

No admission check-in from 21:00, which is incomprehensible considering it is a hotel close to an airport with traffic from low-cost companies with schedules at the first or last hour. In my case, make a reservation through booking, arriving later at 21:00 I found myself unable to enter anyone who could attend me, not even a note with recommendations for these cases. Really the service is painful, in any case the facilities were not comfortable either. You had to look for alternatives at the airport, much more comfortable and comfortable. Nearer to receiving advice or alternatives, the messages were rougher and less empathetic. By the charge of the room, we were unable to carry out a certain task in our country despite the unknown language and we were left with a lot of luck.

To keep it short but to the point, we got a little stuffed for travel plans so we had to book somewhere close to the airport for the night, we also had to go direct to Hahn airport to get to the Motel, when we arrived there were no taxis, no transport at all. I decided to phone the Motel and without hesitation, the Owner offered to come to the airport to pick us up, he even booked a taxi for us for the morning. Amazing service and the room was clean and tidy, a lovely stay, more than you would expect with adequate amenities for a quick overnight stay, would strongly recommend 😊

More Hospitable than most Hotels

The hotel administration doesn't give us any concessions or requests. He ordered a hotel, and a couple of hours later, we were transferred. He wrote to the hotel with a request to settle us after 9:00. They didn't want to settle us after 9:00.

It's actually pretty decent, but not much. In my experience as an experienced traveler, this kind of service should be a little cheaper. Although I have no complaints about the cleanliness or the quality of the clothes, for example, I personally don't have any complaints.

It's a very small hotel, but they make you feel at home. Very simple, close to the airport so you can fly early or rest if your flight arrives too late. I loved it. The breakfast is perfect and the price is very highly recommended. No is a Hotel, but not many of them have made me feel that way.

A fantastic little hotel.

To guarantee our departure, we decided to stay overnight at Han airport. The most budgetary option was this hotel. On the map, we walked only two kilometers, especially in the summer. When we arrived, it turned out that there were no sidewalks along the roads here and we were running around by the crossroads. The hotel itself was in the backyard of a small village, windows to the forest. Nearby is a large food supermarket where you can buy various culinary delicacies. At the reception we were met by an energetic lady, she showed us a corner room, gave us a cable for the interior. I liked the room, large meadows go out into the forest and the surrounding area.
