Location
Eksklyuziv Fligel Apartments are located on the Petrograd side of St. Petersburg. The surrounding area is full of trendy boutiques, coffee shops, small squares and narrow streets.
The apartments are located in an open-plan outbuilding, with a separate entrance and private parking in a lighted and closed courtyard with video surveillance. This outbuilding is a unique stand-alone building adjacent to a tenement house in the Art Nouveau style. The building has been completely renovated.
In the apartments
The apartment features a working wood-burning fireplace, a sofa by SK Design and a Samsung 55" 4K TV. The apartments are equipped with underfloor heating, Old England and Villeroy & Boch fixtures, a washing machine and an iron.
For cooking in the apartments, a full-sized Bosh refrigerator, an oven with a microwave function, a Bosh dishwasher, an extractor hood, a gas stove, a water filtration and purification system, cooking utensils, tableware and glassware, tea, Italian coffee, sugar and a set of spices.

Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. For an additional fee, guests can be provided with: a baby cot, a high chair, a parking space, early check-in and late check-out.
