Lovely hotel, excellent location. Parking is extremely limited! They have 3 maybe 4 spots on the street! Best bet is the lot across the street at the dock! 10€ per day as of this writing. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great view! Breakfast was fine, typical of Greek hotels. 

Extremely limited parking!

The hotel is on the beach front street, facing the port in Alexandropolis. On Sunday night the street became a walk only zone with lots of street vendors and full of people. 
The hotel is small, but the rooms are surprisingly large.  Everything was very clean, beds very comfortable and sheets smelled like flowers.  The evening reception girl was very nice, helpful and smiling.  The morning one a bit more of s European "friendliness " but she was also helpful and let us park directly in front. 
Breakfast was of a great quality and not carbs only like in many places of this size. 
In overall I think thus is the best small hotel I have stayed at, around theworld.

The best small hotel I have stayed in.  From the check in to check out,  everything was perfect.  

Centrally located place very clean and extremely friendly workers. They made all my restaurant reservations to the top restaurants and tavernas in Alexandrapoulie. Its in the middle of the city. Car parking is not a problem I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Nice Place

It was my third stay in the hotel mentioned, and before that everything was fine. The last time the maid of the room entered my room while I was still sleeping, as far as no problem can happen. Then I went to the bathroom to take a shower, because the phone ringed twice in the room, of course I couldn't answer, then I went down and was confronted at the reception immediately. I was assumed that someone had already come down from my room before me, which was not right, since I was there alone with the staff of the whole room. While I denied this and asked myself to apologize, I explained that I was being looked at so strangely behind my head, that one would not believe me. So, of course, when I went down, I was confronted at the reception desk at the reception desk.

Best location. Very clean. Rooms with facilities for special needs. Spacious. Good heating and airco. Friendly and helpful staff . Good price. Located On 5 minutes walk from the port where you can take the ferryboat. On the boulevard. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and shops,  and bus and train services.

Located in the center, small hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. The price-to-performance ratio is absolutely fine. I would recommend the hotel at any time!

If you are eating some good food near to seaside and taking alcohol,then need somewhere to rest and lodge,erika may be the first choice..plan your visit for their good breakfasts also😉kind people working at the hotel👏🏻👏🏻

I stayed for businnes for two days.
The stuff is really really great and kind. They think everything before you ask it.
The room was extremely clean and they cleaned it also after my first day to be ready for the second. Not many hotels do that... Really..
I had a pet with me, they are pet friendly too.
Great view, quiet and also it is near every food restaurant and coffee shops.
Also parking is quite easy there.
Breakfast with many choices to eat, from Greek breakfast till English...

Excellent location in the centre of the city. Very nice sea view. Quiet. Good breakfast. Very close to restaurants. No private parking. Renovated.  Fridge in the room. Very clean. Free Wifi. Very close to bus station and railway station.

Rooms are specious, clean, ok bed. i think room was newly renovated. fridge/ac/wifi works well. ok bathroom. u can park infront of the hotel very easly. restaurants bars all walking distance. good place to stay.
