The unit was extremely small, dirty and with no hot water on arrival, and everything about it was poor quality. The access stairs are very dangerous and the stench from the bathroom drains was overwhelming for the duration of our week. It is advertised as a 2 + 2 but this is not correct. What is proposed as additional bedding is just a long bench where guests would sleep top to toe. the galley kitchen is makeshift and the balcon extremely dangerous with wooden railings that are low and the wood is rotten.
The location of the resort is EXCELLENT.

Zero Rating

Pretty 'Spanish Village' style resort with nice pools and gardens. One bed unit was small but clean. Nice balcony overlooking the pools. Bedroom had a comfy bed but no fan so rather stuffy. only had A/C and ceiling fan in the lounge. Lots of steep steps up to 1st floor apartments and around the resort, some of which were in a poor state. No onsite bar or restaurant so had to walk into Santa Eulalia for a drink or meal out, which was a decent way to our preferred venues. So definitely not recommended for anyone with walking difficulties.

Charming but a bit tired

Good pool well maintained gardens and close to restaurants shops and seafront, I would recommend a car although parking can be a challenge at peak times, it’s worth it to visit the beaches and coves along the coast

Clean comfortable resort

Nice relaxed resort in a good location. No frills apartment but what it has worked and was clean and well presented. Nice pool and garden. Short walk to beach and town. If you like quiet, you will like this place.

A nice place.

The facility is very beautiful with mature gardens and plantings surrounding two pools. The accomodation is simple but clean. The location is very good; just a few steps from a wide promenade which runs about two miles along the bay of Santa Eulalia, with beaches and a harbour.  Santa Eulalia is a small but vibrant town with lots of shops, restaurants and hotels. It’s clean and beautifully kept. We like the town very much.The biggest headache is that there is no Wi-Fi at Adlea Bonsai. TV channels are naturally mostly Spanish; there is one German channel and one French - no English language TV. With no wi-fi, this meant using our international cell phone signal to stream Netflix, etc for evening entertainment, which was very costly. That notwithstanding, we have enjoyed our stay very much.

God overall with one exception

This is a nice little resort in a good location close to beaches and town of Santa Eulalia. Kitchen space and facilities are a bit limited if you intend on cooking all your meals and at present there is no Wi-Fi. 

nice but…

Mixed review. Staff at Reception were so helpful and friendly. Location was great. Pool area and gardens were stunning. Apartments have new furniture and very clean. They are a good size. Bed comfortable with nice linen. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Shower over bath which was fine, except for the shower curtain which needs to be replaced with a door. Towels very small and old. Kitchenette tiny. Not much space to cook anything on the 2 plate stove. Kettle not supplied but requested and was given one straught away. Hairdryer also not supplied but requested and given one straight away. Not enough plug points and basic kitchen utensils. 
The general negative were the stairs and uneven pathways. Very challenging with walking difficulties. Otherwise a lovely stey there.

Holiday

Enjoyed a 2 week stay at this resort. Quite basic but felt it was good value for points used. Liked it’s location and always a Leto get space around a nice pool. Sun beds not comfortable so padding required.

Older resort with no frills but good position and friendly staff

Authentic Mediterranean resort: beautiful, clean, enchanting. I loved everything about our stay. It was a few years ago, maybe 3 years back, 2019, summer, August. We didn't use much any resort service, but the pool was under our balcony and looked beautiful and very clean. All the exit doors were easy to access, but the parking spot was an every evening hunting job.

The Mediterranean Way

In 20 years or so of RCI membership this is probably our worst experience. Our apartment was dated, poorly equipped and badly maintained. The patio door could only be secured by insertion of a piece of wood. Electric appliances were only able to be used in certain combinations, or the entire system tripped out. There was no wifi. The grounds are overgrown and/or unfinished with the exception of the pool  area which was good. The complex itself  is built on a hillside so there are slopes everywhere and steps every few yards. This is a challenge with suitcases and definitely not recommended for those with mobility difficulties. It is made worse by the poor state of repair of the paths - broken and cracked tiles are everywhere..
