We’ve just check out. Hotel is really clean and rooms are comfy. Recepcionest ladies (olaksandra and marta) realy realy helpful and they know english. The only not good thing in Hotel was breakfast. That was average. You should pay for second tea or coffee which is understandable

We booked the Hotel Etna during the journey from Mykolayiv to Budapest in the late afternoon via Booking.com. The reception is located on the third floor. The girls who manage it are very kind and speak very well English. The very spacious clean room, a mini apartment with two flat TVs, professional hair dryers and air conditioning. Breakfast is included and is typical of Ukraine with rolled salted crepes and vegetables, muffins and hot drinks such as coffee, milk and coffee and the. The parking lot is closed and guarded right next door.

The room was very small and it had no ordinary windows. There was a window into the sky, as is usually done in the roofs on the last floors of buildings. The hotel is clean, there is everything you need to rest after the road. The breakfast was delicious, it is enough to eat tasty and full. The hotel is near the center, several tram stops, which take only 15-20 minutes. In the evening we returned from the center on foot in 35-40 minutes.

Stay for the night in Lviv

She's a clever administrator, she settled down, she told me everything, she called a taxi, breakfast is fine, you're not hungry, the rooms are quiet, the car's in the parking lot, the doors are closed at night.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2017. The hotel is right by the road, they arrived late, they met us and immediately settled in. The room is small, but clean. Repair, bed, plumbing is all new. Breakfast will be good, it could be better. I want to say the price/quality ratio is excellent, for a little money in Lviv you can easily stop here. There is a parking lot for cars. Personally I was satisfied.

I was staying at this hotel on a business trip. I got it because I left the hotel at 8:00, came late at night. That is, if you consider this hotel as a place to stay overnight - it will go down. The hotel occupies the 3rd and 4th floors of a four-story building. The rooms are small, the bed is comfortable. The room is clean, there is a TV, air conditioning. When you settle - two bottles of mineral water. The sanitation room - seeing the best times, not always good (I had a coffee holder for shower in my room).

This hotel is convenient as a transit point before leaving for abroad. We stopped from 28/29 December. Relatively close to the railway station. We got to the hotel by taxi. From the point of view of price, service and location this hotel in the city of Lviv, remains one of the not bad options. Relatively new. There is no elevator. The reception is on the 3rd floor. We booked a modest room to stay. The room is clean.

The hotel is quite nice and clean but the staff doesn't speak English and they haven't been very helpful. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early in the morning, so I asked if we could take something out of the bag. They gave us nothing. The staff were not polite and unprofessional. Good position.
