Barrie & Claire’s apartment is fantastic modern clean and everything you need.  Pool nice and clean.  Within walking distance of everything. 
5 mins to bonanza square.  10 mins walk to Arroyo or the front.

Barrie & Claire are fantastic hosts of this amazing apartment.

Great modern, clean apartment with everything in that is needed to enjoy & relax. Tv, washer, iron & board & even a sewing kit provided. Location is perfect. Very quiet but close by to all amenities. Bonanza square is 2 minutes walk. Pool was a great size & kept very clean.

Lovely & clean

Fantastic, comfortable apartment Barry and Claire really look after their apartments, got every In it that you could possible need.  The apartment has so much to offer, free Wi-Fi, sky, large tv screen.  Location is fabulous easy to get to places by foot or use of public transport.  The apartments are in a safe place.     This place is like home.    Thanks Claire and Barry.     2022 my sister in law and Brother had one of these apartments and was amazed how beautiful it was and so big too

We stayed in this apartment last year, excellent location, apartment has everything in it you could wish for and Claire and Barry the owners are great people and great hosts.  2 bedroom comfy beds, good cooking facilities however, plenty of good bar/restaurants in walking distance, park and beach in walking distance. Would recommend 

203. Apartment. Excellent apartment

Lovely apartment Barry and claire made us feel welcome in the fridge milk water beer wine chocolate coffee tea every kitchen item you could think of satalie TV 60 inch TV in the living room and another in the bathroom lovely bathroom with a powerful shower everything was spotlessly clean would highly recommend this apartment we are booking for a month next year would give it more than 5 stars if you could forget to mention it has a Alexa the next block has a lovely bar called the harp Johnny and Charlie will look after you thanks again for a lovely 2 weeks see you next year

Great Apartment, great hosts.  The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly want - the kitchen had every utensil you needed, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, oven and 4 burner hob ( don’t always get that in these apartments)  there was every style glass in the house and a TV that must have been 60” ( great for football) - we found the apartment very clean with lots of extras shopping trolley- vacuum which made it easier to keep tidy, loads of toys for children and toys for the beach.  The host left a lovely starter pack cheese, ham, butter, milk, beer, coffee, tea, Pop - also a couple of trifles.   The apartment was in walking distance from the beach.  A little supermarket across the road but some items expensive, however the large supermarket not too far too walk with good prices, just below the apartment were a couple of bars and restaurants all excellent- Great hosts, nothing was too much bother, they said anything you need just call, however there was no need as the apartment hard everything we needed and more - I would recommend this apartment and I certainly will be using this apartment again, ( Claire and Barry have 4 so, I would use any of them).  This apartment had a balcony that the sun was on it from mid day till late this was Sept/ Oct. we stayed here for 5 weeks excellent apartment. Thank you Claire and Barry 👍

Apartment 203

Fantastic, modern apartment with great facilities- everything you need is in this apartment - Claire and Barry are great hosts, when we arrived they supplied a welcome pack, and throughout our stay they came round a couple of times with treats.  The apartment is located in a great spot, very quiet and a handy shop across the road - easy to get to all locations.  We went for 9 days and ended up staying another month, we enjoyed it so much - it is like home from home and my husband loved the large TV to watch his football when we stayed in.  We will be returning x x

Apartment 203 Barry and Claire

We took our little girl on her first holiday to benlamedena spain we stayed in celamor last year and my little girl had the best holiday she could have wished for so this year we decided to go back with barry and claire we stayed in 203 eroupark this time around and we couldnt have been any happier the guys are so plesent and helpful made us feel some welcomed and safe they also left some soft drinks alcohol and food and also homeade cakes on arival beach towels on the beds free aircon lovely clean apartment free wifi large tv lovely views clean lovely pool and garden area sunbeds to use supermarket over the road very cheap 10 mins walk to the beach also local cheap bars and restaurants couldnt reccomend enough theses guys do all they can out of love and kindness we have already booked our next holiday with them next year thanks again guys.

We rented this great apartment (206) from the lovely Barry and Claire, probably the bests hosts we’ve ever met.

The apartment is fresh and well equipped with just about everything you could need for a self catering break.

What makes it extra special though are the hosts who not only go out their way to help you but also left us some provisions (bread, butter, fruit, ham, cheese, wine, tomato, onion, milk, teas, coffee) for arrival AND dropped off some lovely home made treats during our stay.  We were lucky enough to share a drink with them during our stay too.

There is a lovely view from the apartment enclosed terrace/veranda (see pic)

Fab trip with great hosts

From initial enquiry to departure this was a perfect stay. I can honestly say i have never had such amazing hospitality anywhere! The apartment is spotless and spacious, effective AC n heating which is included, lovely bathroom with bath n shower, kitchen, mega tv in lounge and one in the bedroom, proper blackout blinds and a good balcony.
☆zMore importantly nothing is too much trouble for Claire and Barry and all the extras they provided were above and beyond,  we were very well looked after and they were very kind. They remembered my birthday, left the fridge stocked, supplied all kinds of treats for xmas and new year and were always responsive to messages or questions. There is everything you need right there; games,  a safe, sun loungers plenty of towels n even hot water bottles! Just perfect home from home and we will defo be re booking if we can get in!
Thanks Claire and Barry ! 10 outa 10 with knobs on!
