Good morning friends and friends Working trip with a central hotel to go for a walk and just to sleep. It was an apartment for the same price as a room. A little disassembled but enough. The bed is comfortable and reasonably clean considering the Belgian cleaning standard. The perfect location for work and to get by train or subway from Shumman. It has a kitchen equipped and with a table and in addition to the main living room, it has another upstairs in the attic. Much heat and air conditioning. The bathroom is a bit disastrous. A bathroom in an uncomfortable place that does not fit and you have to take a shower with the bathroom. Also, it has everything because it does not leave any handkerchief or toilet paper. It has regular bathroom. For us there is no good light in the bathroom and no personal foundation to fix it. Repeat that there is a bathroom upstairs that does not heat and does not have air conditioning. The bathroom is a bit messy.

The right price for Brussels.

I put 1/5 because there's no way to put it lower. The only point I got was that there's a bed in the room. Don't trust the very nice photos on the websites, they must be over 5 years old. I arrived at check-in time, in front of a building that's more than frayed. When I came in, the carpet was dirty and dirty. The housekeeper learned that the room wasn't ready and I had to come back in an hour. When I got into the room, I found a room that had nothing to have and as much as possible.

Just leave...

We've been to these apartments several times, but the ones in the building at civico 83 are definitely bad, vastly overrated.

Section 111 not recommended

Our apartment, unexpectedly on two floors, was the best we could expect for the poorly paid price: spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean and comfortable. A well-stocked kitchen and a fairly large bathroom. Close to the building are premises and a supermarket as well as the metro station.

Good choice

Cheap, spacious, and rather not badly situated, but with a great deal of attention to the cleanliness and overall condition of the home. Between the decor at the edge of the kitch, the refreshed fabrics, the moist bathroom joints and I'm passing by, you don't have to look too closely. The apartment would deserve a refreshment to be rated better, there's not much missing!

We've got some for his money.

I wouldn't even pay back... old furniture, broken shower microphone, wifi not always usable, toilet in poor condition, uncomfortable and side-sliding bed (I haven't closed my eyes all the time...) The staff is not very friendly, only careful to pick up the money as soon as possible!

Bad experience

Close to the European Union this  hotel  is a good deal, it offers you the possibility of cooking in your room, but this one would deserve a little refreshment, the bathroom is a little old, the kitchen and the dishes too (Assiette Daisy bof bof).

Not too expensive.

The neighbourhood is very residential, we are far from the atmosphere of the centre of Brussels but we can get there quickly because the metro is 6 minutes' walk away. The studio is right. The bunk is not very comfortable but the whole set is clean. We can set up the heating which is very efficient (we were there in the winter!). The wifi is excellent but didn't work the last day. Too bad... no staff on site. Everything is done by envelope to retrieve the keys. A little track game.

Good quality ratio good price. Spacious rooms, they also have a small kitchen, very useful since the restaurants in Brussels cost quite a bit! The furniture is not as it appears in the photos, but we were not interested, we found ourselves well the same! Good location, two minutes meters to the center; it is located in the area of European buildings! However, the lack of a reception always open is felt! In the evening we realized that we had the broken thermosphere and finished toilet paper.....we did not know who to ask!!! =S There is no luggage so on the last day before departure we dragged the suitcases with us from morning to evening!

Good accommodation close to the European Quarter and 5 minutes from the bus stop to and from Zaventem airport. spacious flat, clean, comfortable. excellent quality price ratio and then only €2.5 as a flat and not per person. Recommended!
