The location of the hotel is not great, it appears close to the lifts, etc. but it's not that great.
Parking is not easy or guaranteed.
Room furnishings are old and low quality, the bed and pillows were horrible. Sheets were not spotless and the bathroom was crammed.
The room was quite warm, you might want that and was generally specious.
The common area is very small, bar is poor.
Steamroom did not work and you need to sign up to use the sauna.
The breakfast was laughable, dinner was worse value for money than the breakfast.

Worse than it initially looks

Pamporovo is always is amazing. Food was tasty, both dinner and breakfast, great service by the friendly staff, had a tidy and warm room, with an extra heating, comfy mattress, nice bathroom with perfectly clean bath, had a cooking area, barbeque area by the extremely nice balcony with a breath-taking view! Thanks!

Excellent!

This place was recommended to me by my sister who stayed here last year. I expected more, but got average accommodation! I paid outside of the season and it was £45 for an apartment with 2 bedrooms per night. In general the room was fine for these money! If I would stay here during the winter for higher price - go somewhere else! There was a leak on the ceiling in the living room and one of the bedrooms, broken tile in the kitchen box, crack on the wall in the other bedroom! The breakfast was poor, no choice at all! We had a plate for each of us, full with 2 slices of tomato, 2 slices of cucumber, an egg, 2 x butter box, 1 x honey box, small jar of jam, slice of cheese and cheddar + 1 hot drink and 2 slices of bread! As we were the only guests they didn’t even bother to put the heater on and we have been provided with fans instead! There was a problem with the speakers on the TV as they kept loosing the volume and having 10 channels only! I could live with these as we stayed for sleeping only, but still not good! 

Expected more, got an average accommodation

Friendly staff. The proximity to the town of Chepelare and the village of Shiroka Luka is an advantage, as it provides an opportunity for walks and a variety of dining establishments. Reliable ratio between price and quality of food. In general, the hotel rates are extremely reasonable and will not addaffect your budget.
I did not like the lack of hygene. I found a dead fly in my bed the first night. The carpet in the room was stained. The maid picked up only the garbage from the bathroom and the room without cleaning the floor, wiping the dust or changing the towels. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and there are no signboards where it is located. The entrance is a simple door, which could also be an entrance to a basement or another room. While playing with the child, my wife found a dead beetle in the corner of the playground.

Nice hotel in a quiet and peaceful place, but terrible hygiene

We have visited the hotel in the summertime. The hotel has а nice location to travel in the region. It is surrounded by magnificent forests and has a perfect view to Snejanka tower and around. The service is Ok, the people are nice, but the hotel need of renovation and more attention to cleanness. It was dusty in the studio and the bathroom need of very, very carefully sanitation. It's looks like the staff is limited and the manager of the hotel should pay attention to this problem.

Nice location, amazing view, but...

The bathroom needs a bit of work, but the room was fine, nice and clean with a full kitchen where you could cook for yourself. 
Breakfast could have been better, but overall it's an alright place to stay

Unfortunately I had to cancel my stay but I was impressed that they had allowed our beloved family member to stay in our room. Being pet friendly is always advantage when considering that sometimes taxis do not allow dogs.
