Very bad experience! room not cleaned, leakage of water in the bathroom, cups not cleaned, no elevator... despite the location I would advise against it!!!! we have changed hotel!!

A hotel without pretence but with a charming reception, a 24/24 presence. An ideal location for me. Very friendly neighborhood, near the port of embarkation. Breakfast (included in the price of the room) is plentiful, varied, salty, sweet, etc... If I regret it is not to have specified that with knee replacements climbing 3 floors has been difficult for me. With 20 years of age, I had only positive reviews. Thank you and I keep your address because my daughter-in-law is in Corsica, I hope to go there often and stop at your house.

Unacceptable hygiene with ants in the bed and the bedroom!!! A room where you can hear everyone who is going on in the next rooms!! Fortunately the night was short following a 6 o'clock boat to the port!!

Soundproofed room / insect in sheets

Fantastic location in Old Montreal. Many restaurants nearby. Taverne Gaspar and Modavie were easy walk. We walked to McGill and up St. Lawrence Avenue. Many steps but easy walking. Hotel had breakfast in room which was functional not gourmet. We appreciated willingness to refill room supplies and personal touch by staff. All friendly and very accommodating. We would definately stay here again in Montreal!

Great location and vibe

Close to the harbour, only positive point. We were finding friends to spend the night before boarding for Corsica. We had the only room facing the back of the building. Our friends had a room on the first floor on the street, resulting in total sleeplessness at night, the nearby pub closed at 2am and the guests continued to consume until 4am on the sidewalk... So our friends went for a walk, the night watchman, not too friendly sleeps in the huge sofa of another era.

Right next to the 'Temple Bar' for rescue!! 

We had booked in this hotel for three nights in August, and we were not disappointed!! The staff and the owners are welcoming and very pleasant, the room we had was as described and above all of unquestionable cleanliness! For three nights the fare is reasonable, with a beautiful view of a beach and turning our heads to the harbor. This hotel is located next to a museum (of the Navy), next to the harbor and 5 minutes from the train station. I highly recommend this hotel for a holiday or even for a night.

It's been a nice stay.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel with a 15-day interval that we had booked by phone with the boss explaining to him that we were going to pay the service by holiday checks. For the first night, we were able to pay as planned in holiday checks without any problems. For the second night, 15 days later, we were informed upon arrival that the service had been debited directly to our account without asking for our opinion and the young woman at the reception told us that it was the new directives of the boss... without any refund being possible to use the holiday checks. We find this inadmissible knowing that we had no information to go to!!!! As for the 2nd floor suitcases with the comfort without elevator...

I don't claim anything from a 2-star hotel, near the center at 50€ a night... but the cleaning is. I rented because I declare a parking lot that there is no parking or rather in the square in front there is a paid public silo. The structure is old and dated but ok since we are in the center but when I entered the small room I know little of the whole. I am tired, I shower and I see the mold near the frame... well. I go to bed but the sheets don't look so fine (but maybe it's just a known impression...).

Nice hotel in the city centre and close to the harbour. Friendly and friendly staff. Clean room, laundry and bathroom. Black point: if you have a room on the third floor (that was my case!!) you have to tap 72 steps with your luggage!!! You better not forget your key at the reception, which happened to me!!! During my stay, heat +++. The room was a oven without air conditioning. There was a fan and I was entitled to a rotating heat oven!!
