Myself and my wife stayed here from the 11th to 18th July as our son was in hospital at the Nappa Olympic just 2 minutes away. We chose it for low cost and convenience for the hospital. we stayed in a room just above the bar and it was great. Clean, tidy and perfect for our requirements. The owner- a lovely lady, unfortunately I don't remember her name, was very supportive and held the room for us as we didn't know how long our son would be in hospital with absolutely no pressure to pay, just when your ready was always her response. We didn't want her to clean our room as we had to stay covid free to visit our son but anything we asked for was no trouble.
It was a little noisy being on the main Nissi Avenue but for us who needed a location close to the hospital it was perfect.
Thank you for supporting us during a very stressful time.

Clean, tidy and very helpful owner

Under no circumstances their review should be 8.5 as it was when I booked it. The place is really old has 2 TV channels that don't work when it's windy and spider web in the bathrooms. When you arrive at the hotel they inform you that no guests are allowed there which frankly I doubt if that is even legal. The smell that comes out of the cupboards is really bad and old. Really disappointed

Horrible

Great location, reasonable prices and extremely nice host, she was always there to assist us.
The rooms are in a need of a bit of renovation, but otherwise, everything was excellent, I would return anytime again.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff

We're at the hotel for two nights in room 41, all the furniture is new, the kitchen is all the essentials, the bathroom is all very clean.

It's just great!

My wife and I have not stayed at this hotel but if it is anything like the service and cleanliness of the bar which is just lovely. Positioned directly on Ayia napa strip and for u the pavlo guests its just across the road good quality drinks and a variety of music for everyone perfect for sitting and people watching. By the way the food and drinks are very very reasonable well worth a visit

Great budget friendly stop 

First of all, I would like to note the beautiful location of the hotel-min 5-7 to the beach on foot. Walking around the city we were surprised at how far away some hotels are from the well-developed beaches. We were very lucky with the location. We liked everything, minus in principle and there was nothing. Everything is clean, well maintained. Nice room, with a small kitchen, where there is everything you need to be yourself, balcony with a view to the pool. The courtyard is very clean, green, plus the pool and the beds in the courtyard, which the child liked very much.

It's a great location!

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The first time was in September 2013. Florence was not disappointed again. Everything is fine! Fresh renovation, new plumbing, a small kitchen with everything necessary (only the lids for the sink were not enough). Beautiful location: near the sea! Good beach on Sandy Bay, to Nissi Beach 7-10 minutes away. Near the shops, cafe. By the way, there is a great bar with delicious cocktails. There is free parking. The staff is very friendly and friendly. The only nuance is the noise from the road. I write for the information of people who care about this. We knew about this, and it didn't bother us. Overall everything is fine!!!

A small apartment hotel on the outskirts of Aya Napa, near Sandy Beach, which we liked even more than everyone's admired Nissi. The hotel building is two-story, located right by the road, so we asked for rooms with a view to the yard, i.e. to the pool. For such a small amount of money (about 50 euros a day for the cheapest room) the hotel provides an appropriate but decent service.

It's not fair and it's not bad.

Apart from the fact that the location is good because on the main road that leads to Nissi Beach everything else leaves much to be desired. The apartments are fatigued: the handles fall, the refrigerator loses water, the water drain doesn't work, everything would need a top-to-bottom renovation. Not to mention the hellish heat that is there despite the air conditioning taken at the extra cost of 5 euros a day. But without it we would definitely be choked in sleep! The day before we left they didn't even clean the room. The reception is almost non-existent with very special types coming and going from the bar. I asked for a cup of coffee from the city and they didn't have it. At the check-out they didn't even ask if everything went well.
