I have stayed at the fountainbleu many times but the service during our stay this time was poor at best. We were given our rooms 2 hours after check in time with no apology. The gate to get into the hotel is broken from the beach and I spent a lot of time with other guests locked out when employees would just ignore customers locked out and say oh yea it’s broken. Horrible dirty rooms. Had to change into another room because there was trash on the floors. New room was no better. Hair in the shower, bolt lock didn’t work on the door, shower handle kept falling off (a heavy metal piece) and dust would fly out of the AC unit.

What was bad
They don't clean the room untill you check out. You have to take the trash out and call for everything
The hote restaurant selection was few and there wea an hour to 2hrs wait to get in any of them. The lines to any coffee shops were long and ridiculous.
To be fair I was there during spring break but that should not be an excuse as they should anticipate it and have more staffs

The location and Chez Chez Bon bakery at the lobby level had great coffee and deserts.
What was bad
Overcrowded for the size of the guest areas, and the nickle-and-diming by operations. There was no coffee maker, complementary water bottle or refrigerator in the room for left-overs.
