Super nice location nice guest house right by the back of the sea. was sitting out for breakfast, wonderful peace in the morning, even at night sleeping well at the open balcony. delicious food and very nice staff. super starting position for excursions to Berchtesgaden / Königsee Salzburg

Glorious Sea View

Our room was very nice and spacious The breakfast every morning was very good and hearty.
The hotel and restaurant staff was outstanding, and very attentive to the guests. The location right there on the lake was absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to return again soon.

Wonderful

We were warmly received by Nikolett. Not only were we given the key, but we were taken to the large room with balcony by the sea. We were offered help with luggage. We were also shown a hint of the parking lot above the boarding house and the short walk from the back of the house to the parking lot. We had breakfast on both days with good and sufficient choice.

Short and beautiful

Seeklause Pension in Hintersee has an excellent location in front of the Lake.
The attention is impeccable and very attentive to any information you need and accompanied by a very good breakfast.
Hygiene rules are followed throughout the pension.
Seeklause Pension has a restaurant with excellent food and very good service... all this plus the perfect location make this place a magical place!
I personally recommend it!

You've been here twice, and there's a great daily map every day, alongside a very varied map, and always very good quality.

Enjoy great food with great views

In mid-December, we wanted to take another photo of the hinterland. We found this hotel on the Internet, right by the lake. The prices were very good for the night. When we arrived, we were received very kindly, the room was shown to us personally. The rooms are large and spacious. For the dogs on the first floor with balcony. They were huge double bed, very comfortable. Everything was very clean and very well equipped. Even for us (as we have very good equipment) the room was enough. A lot of the bathroom. The internet is very fast (although the staff network for the guests was out of order, but the solution was also found). The flexibility of the hosts is very limited. They showed no serious interest in showing their guests, but they can't show any serious interest in it. I also recommend that we have an unlimited number of extra guests to take a meal. We have to make sure that we can take the same food for three days. We have to make sure that the restaurant is very comfortable. We have to take pictures with the guests, but I still recommend that the restaurant is very comfortable.

The best hotel I've ever been to

Note: this review is only about the restaurant Seeklause, which is a part of the whole pension (a type of B&B) establishment.

I would recommend anybody in the area to come for an awesome meal to this restaurant. The food is absolutely fanstastic, and it is a truly local cuisine - unlike a mass of other "wienershcnitzel & pommes" restaurants which dot the area. 

This restaurant is a genuine article and you can have a taste of the local game prepared in most delicious ways - and at a prices which will not give you a heart arrhythmia. There were several of us and we tried a whole range of dishes - from game to fowl to fish - and every dish was awesome.

An absolute must visit, especially after a day spent trekking in the National Park Berchtesgaden - a great meal and a glass of local bear under a shade overlooking a lake and mountains. Bliss!

Awesome local cuisine in a great location by the Hintersee lake

I'm always amazed at how many people give a positive review even though it's just tourist preparation. The situation is: Super right by the lake...sooo nice, it's not nice. That doesn't justify cooking unfinished...but that's how it often is...and most vacationers taste like everything...we didn't come to dinner...ordered 2 cups of coffee, apple strawberries and casserole with cream.

Oh, ever

Nice boarding house right on the back of the sea, only conditionally suitable for people with disabilities. Breakfast medium-sized. Breakfast: buffet with plenty of options, but backpacks, if you came a little later, are already very select, as well as sausage, fresh fruit, cups of yogurt and fresh baker's bread just on holiday are missing. The rooms are spacious, stylishly furnished and relatively clean, comfortable beds, south balcony with great views, bathroom could be cleaner and more well maintained, dog friendly, few TV shows, WLan worked for me, at my friend's not quiet location right on the back of the lake, but in the evenings there is nothing more to do.

The Pension Sea Lounge offers a fantastic view of the back sea with the mountains in the background. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and even quite well equipped for a guesthouse. There was a water boiler on the room with a variety of tea choices. Also in the bathroom there are details such as soap/shampoo, and bodylotion. The breakfast is good, and the overall ambiance, as well as the housekeeper, is very friendly! The price ratio we found here is very good. The guesthouse is about 15 minutes' walk from Berchtesgaden National Park/Infostelle Ramsau. There is also a walk to the wild food guide in winter, and there are also other suitable hikes that are also suitable for children.
