The single most horrible experience, i have never been treated like this. I was traveling with friends on a skiing trip and the owner was a emotionally unstable, nervous woman that yelled at us for no reason , she was very irritable , accused us of all kinds of stuff that we did not do, threatened to call to police on every possible ocassion ( the tip off was on the second day when a friend took by accident the skiing boots of another guest because they were the same color, brand and size, the problem was solved quickly but the owner said she wanted to steal the skiing boots), luckily booking.com intervened otherwise she kept threatening to kick us out, at that point we wanted to call the police Also weird house rules that were not mentioned beforehand like no smoking on the balcony, or no talking or laughing after 10 p.m., no rubber boots in the house, absolutely and under no circumstance were we to move glasses or cutlery from one apartament to another even if were to bring them back and so on. Treated us like she was doing us a favor, not like paying customers. I must add that I my oppinion we were good house guests, respected the house rules and were polite even tough she litteraly called us thieves. Almost ruined our trip. Avoid at all cost

Never in my life have i been treated like this (baaad)

The owner is the rudest host I have ever met in my life. We were a group of 20 people and we booked this place for a week. She has some very weird rulles that were not mentioned on booking.com. For example "not talking after 10pm" or "not walking with trekking/winter boots" on winter!!! Or "not smoking on the balcony". She constantly said she will call the police or she will kick us out for no real reason. She acted like she took us in for free, like we were some homeless people she got from the streets :)). We were on our ski holiday and we just want to enjoy and relax after ski. We were very quiet and respectful. We just gathered on evenings in one apartment and drinking a beer after a long day and talking (like you would think is normal in your holiday) there was no music, no parties, no screaming. She would've wanted that we went to sleep at 10pm. In the first or second night at 10:05 pm she wrote us to shut up and "no more hahaha". And we really were not loud. We just talked and wanted to sleep like normal people at 11-12 pm. After we paid alot of money we could not really enjoy our holiday. We have never felt so unwelcomed as in this place. It was like in a military school :)). Luckily, booking.com was on our side and they talked to her and she didn't kick us out. So avoid at any cost this accomodation, because the owner is absolutely crazy and absurd. The other staff is ok :) I am just sorry for them that they have a psycho boss

Awful accomodation

We went to Stumm on a skiing vacation. By accident we ended up in Gasthof Neumeister because our appartement was just around the corner. Eventually we visisted twice.The first time I had the wienzeschnitzel (which was pretty good!). But the second time I had the homemade burger. I consider myself somekind of a burger specialist so what I am about to write is the absoute truth. This burger is awesome! The paddy was cooked perfectly (pink on the inside, nice flamegrilled tast), the bacon and cheese were perfect, the bun fresh and right amount of sause. This came with delicious potatoe wedges with a nice spicy dipping sauce. I have only one negative thing......I had it just once! 
So when in Stumm.....get this burger! You won't be disappointed

best burgers in town!!

We were very satisfied, delicious food, beautiful, clean and spacious apartments, very friendly staff, excellent WiFi, beautiful, sunny guest garden, very good location in the center of town, close to shopping malls.

It's friendly, clean, recommended.

It's a charming structure run by fine and serious people, clean, orderly and welcoming.

Neumeister to Stumm

The appartment and the owner were very unpleasent. The place wasn't clean, even found a worm in the blanket. We couldn't stay there so we found another appartment near by. Paid for both... Bad mannagment.

Terrible

We stayed there on the 17th of July. An unfriendly reception. At 8.30 pm, we get a notice of a service, the kitchen is closed... then we sit at a dirty table. A second service comes without greeting, and wipes the table without rubbing it dry. Then they serve us the drinks ordered. Another order with beer and a drink is still served. The Williams is but inedible! Then we will not pay attention for half an hour. The service is no longer to be seen! The host then clears off dirty glasses on the side table. To the question why we do not serve the frogs... we now answer it! We have been traveling to Austria for about 40 years, but we have never been treated like this!

Pure tourist and shamelessly unfriendly host

We only took a Viennese scalope and a Caesar salad, which was fine, but they have a delicious local white wine in a 25-kilo bag at five euros, we'd almost eat liquid.
