We stayed here in 2015 with friends for three nights - Vladimir and Suzdal came to see. Since they were in the car, the location of the hotel did not give us any inconvenience, they also did not want to sit in the room, so without thinking about it they stopped at the most budgetary option. Nothing disastrous during the stay did not notice - beautiful territory, the rooms themselves quite correspond to the prices, well stupid for such a budget to wait for the level of Raddison)) The water at first was cold, had to wait until it warms up, but this is my standard problem of cheap hotels.

What did you want for that kind of money?

You're staying for one night, you walk into a room and you get the impression that it hasn't been cleaned, you have to go to the bathroom after the second towel, you hear a lot of noise in the hotel, you have the feeling that people are walking around you, when you use the sauna in the hotel, it's like in a building.

I wouldn 't recommend it.

We were ordering a sauna with friends there. We haven't seen a nightmare like this in a long time: all the encouragement, the water in the pool is really sticky along the way: it's covered with an oil film. The parish itself is very cold, it's really frozen there.

The sauna sucks and no more foot in it.

The first thing I noticed was the dirty walls. The bathroom was dirty. The feeling was that after the previous guests, they only brought clean towels and underwear to the room. That's when the cleaning was over. There was no hot water. And the water smelled very bad.

We stayed for one night. First they showed us the rooms before settling down, since there were many refusal cases. We were taken 2,000 rubles for a room where there was no hot water, the mattress was much smaller than the bed, so a pit was formed, the doors of the rooms were filled with pipes. This hotel will only be suitable for motorists, as it is far from the center and optimists, because I remember with humor everything we had with us.

I only advise desperate optimists like me.

We traveled as a threesome; I am an older woman with a younger couple.  I was aware that the hotel was out of town, but I did not realize how isolated it is here.  The entrance opens to steep stairs so that it's hard to haul up a suitcase and don't think about coming if you are mobility-impaired! The staff did NOT speak or understand English so I used my mediocre Russian to communicate, but they were not friendly at all.  When I asked in Russian to hire a driver to take us to Suzdal the next day, one of the receptionists said she would call my room when she contacted someone.  The room had a set of bunk beds that held thin mattresses and were small, and the same for the third bed.  The bathroom spewed brown water from the faucet (for a short time). The bus stop was somewhat of a hike.  Dinner in the restaurant was good. However, no TV no A/C; the window did not have a screen, so the mosquitoes and flies (from the nearby chicken coop) came in all night.  The next day I inquired about the driver and was told by the front desk that the price would be over 10,000 rubles ($300+) for 4-5 hours time)  No way!  so we called around last minute for tours and did not give in to highway robbery at this awful establishment. The breakfast was sparse: hard boiled eggs, sliced meat and cheese, bread, tea.  My companion said that this place was "rustic and NOT in a nice way," and my other friend did not care for the very tiny bathroom- and she's 5' 3"  We paid an awful lot for this awful motel.  I've stayed at better hostels for half the price for the 3 of us.

AWFUL!

Whilst everyones opinion is personal to them i feel that this hotel was harshly judged on Booking.coms reviews . Ok so there is no TV , no phone and the walls are a tad thin . What was great was the smell of Pine throughout the building and it was a very natural experience . The staff on the whole were pleasant  . The restaurant Arena was acually very good . There is a bus stop nearby which will get you to the city centre in about 20 mins . For the price very good value
