These Scandinavian log cabins are beautiful and comfortable . They are fully equipped for a short or long stay as well as fully stocked in the kitchen . You do not need to bring anything except your personal items . The windows and balconies offer spectacular views to the valley and mountain ranges in front as well as the Gulf of Corinth . The cabins are very warm and freshly prepared goodies are provided every day .

Gorgeous Log cabins in the mountains 

Just perfect. Beautiful villas, amazing decor, kitchen with all the amenities, everything simply stunning. The villas are set in the mountains of Trikala, giving many opportunities for walks. The villas are spacious with attention to detail.  They even let us stay with our dog! Friendly staff, very accommodating, you simply MUST go here! 

Absolutely stunning!

A great choice to spend a few days in a nice mountainous region just 2 hours away from Athens. A complex of 5 luxury log cabins close to Ano Trikala village ( 15' minutes walk - 5' minutes drive). All houses are very nicely decorated and offer all main amenities such as fully equipped kitchen, comfort mattresses, TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi and free wifi. Not all of them offer spectacular views to the surrounding mountains and the Corinthian bay but even the less privileged offer nice views to parts of the magnificent natural landscape of the region. The staff is really helpful and always available in a very discreet way. Special praise to the breakfast served that consists of freshly prepared products.
We were told that owners consider to build a communal space including an indoor pool which definitely, will give an extra credit.

Great value for money

These villas are made of pure Finlandian wood (pinus negra) up in the urban Trikala of Korinthos, giving you the chance to enjoy the unique "small climate" that has literally no humidity. The little houses offer private parking , 2-3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, (depending on the type of villa you rent), kitchen , a small dining room and a relatively small living room around the fire place, where the two out the six will bump their heads to the selves. We will give you more details for the Pearl villa which is supposed to fulfill the needs of 3 couples: to start with , the hot water is not enough even for 2 people, as the first to shower (for about 7-8 minutes) gets all the steam. The next one can safely shower without getting the cold water over his back after about 45 minutes. And so on for the rest 3 or 4 of the  party...  The thermal capacity of these houses is exquisite and the winter is the perfect period to find this out. If the fire place is smoking you might need to open a window or the entrance door until the smoke is sucked from the chimney. And if it doesn't get any better .... just forget about it.
The wi-fi is usually satisfactory but when more users get into it you might have a difficulty to be served. The proposed dvd movies are really good for all tastes but the tv program offers very poor choices as there is no NOVA satellite available. Except for the bread and butter, the breakfast (which is included in the price) is quite poor, and you might want to bring over something from outside that would cover your needs (no fresh orange juice, no sausages, no omelette etc). At the end, you need to play trivial, Jenga or taboo, to find out "who will loose , so to get the dishes washed". If you don't want to cook, you can order from outside, but the surrounding tavernas or restaurants are not that experienced with the way of presenting a dish or cooking the proper way, either if it is a salad or a main plate. 
The view is not actually as it looks in the web site , for most of the villas, so don't be disappointed if while seated on the balcony you face the backyard or another villa on the opposite side of the street. The beds are soft but there is no TV set in the bedrooms. The showers are about 1 square meter each, and you might have a little problem if you are oversized. The lady who serves the breakfast is the same one who keeps the villa tidy. She is friendly and effective. Overall , this villa is not spacious for 3 couples. Most likely good for a 5 member family (with 3 not well nourished kids...). But again, 550 euro per night for getting only what you see, might be a little over priced.
