I stayed at this hotel for a week. I'm going to say that it's not a 4-star hotel at all. We start from the staff at the reception, the girls who were addressing the customers as if they were relatives. Then the ticket to enter the room was continually stripped off and we had to go back to the reception to recharge it. Another thing is breakfast: always the same with frozen cornets, cooked and strapped. Also the free shuttle service to the beach, unlike what we wrote in the description does not exist. When we arrive at the place they will tell you that they do a paid shuttle service only for the airport. They also say that they have an agreement in which if you are a guest of the hotel you have to pay the shuttle and two 15 euros. It's a shame that you arrive on the first day of the hotel, so it was not even a day's drive to the beach, and the price is not as high as it was, so the hotel is a few days away from the hotel.

But who gave you 4 stars?

It's called a grand hotel, but it's really nothing grand... I stayed here from August 9th to 12th, the structure itself is very big but it's very badly maintained. The rooms are not clean as it should be, they're full of dust, the curtains are torn, the floor isn't cleaned, the towels aren't changed regularly, in the bed I found hair and hair. Regarding breakfast this vote is really 4/10.. milk, coffee, juice from the machines, cold milk in the bowl, ins, let me imagine.. just the cornets were good. Not to mention the seriousness of the receptionists.. the first day I'm hot there was really no water flowing through the hotel.

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen.

I stayed in this hotel that as described by Booking seemed like a dream, instead of a disaster. Swimming pool: beds with noisy paint underneath the feet and unsightly, water-massage area not working External: dirty and untreated. Not even a wash after the evening wind that throws down all the leaves Chambers: unclean, dirty glass, ceiling that loses water (they put a towel to cover it!!!) Beds that make minimal noise TV not working Lack of mattresses, and curtains that do not cover the whole window Under the bed a crazy accumulation of dust (the baby's towel has fallen, no dirty milk towels from the dirty animal dust!!) Docking rooms: it is always possible to wash the water from the coffee makers: the machines have not even left a towel to cover it up in the first floor, and during the last day I can't find anything but a few small cottages with a view of the sea.

Dirty vacation!

I've never seen anyone clean the outside or tidy up the seats in 4 days. A bar in a dirty, fatigued pool. It looks like it's been open for a day and arranged at the last minute. No issues with consumption.

Fascinating

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel since 21 August, two adults and two children. The structure as a whole is nice, spacious and bright. However, it would need maintenance, especially the pool (wrinkled paint everywhere, really annoying under the feet, as well as unforgettable, and non-functioning hot tub area) and the infissi (old in aluminum with double dirty glass inside). The cleaning really leaves us wanting, the second day we didn't get the floors cleaned (which we obviously have a sign of) and I can hear the beds c fifth of the dust (a child fell down and the tent was pulled out of the pocket!).

It's not a four-star.

We've been staying at this hotel for 7 days. We're sure to modernize and revise the organization of both the rooms and the breakfast.

Vacation x 2

The premise of the review: whoever wants an objective and impartial review and has time to read it... Well, he has found it. We stayed 5 nights. The structure itself is quite comfortable but unfortunately the services and details sink in at full. Untreated garden, breakfast totally different from the other reviews I've seen (cappuccini or cafes made by distributors and the chick is that they bite barley for coffee), fruit and very little choice (always sliced and very little slices of bread), no toast, the best at home. The only positive note was the cornet kits that struggled in industrial quantity, shampooed and the potential for the restaurant. The RIAISTERANTE is that it's not enough to attract me to the resort.

Look for something else.

I stayed in this beautiful building for a week, and as soon as I arrived I was greeted by a bright and caring staff.

A fairy tale vacation

Beautiful accommodation, clean and spacious room with breathtaking views, well-stocked breakfast and professional and courteous staff.

A four-star hotel with three-star amenities, spacious but dated rooms, a non-existent breakfast with packaged or frozen products, friendly staff but not enough to redevelop a facility to be modernised, overpriced for the services offered.
