We got here by Uber with a stop to collect the key as we did not want to cart our luggage so we had a stop then they dropped us at the apartment.  The apartment is in a great location with amazing views.  Not a bad size studio apartment and was clean with large bottled water.  The downside was there was a sewage smell at the end of the kitchen and bathroom and you got a lot of the noise from outside with people (the bar outside) and road noise, particularly a lot of sirens! I know this can’t really be helped though.  The mattress is very firm and uncomfortable and maybe a mattress topper would help and only one pillow.  The kitchen is small, we didn’t use it to cook though just for hot drinks as we went out most of the time.  The air con was a plus on the other hand as it was very warm!

The good thing is it has excellent views and good location but there were issues

We stayed here just before the COVID restrictions began. It was easy to find, we booked an Uber from the airport. The location is fantastic right on the river and a very short walk to Ribeira bars and restaurants. There is a restaurant just a few steps from the apartment where we ate one night. There is a grocery shop a 5 minute walk away where you can pick up basic supplies. Kitchen area was used for breakfast, snacks and drinks, not really usable for cooking a full meal  but why would you want to with such great places to eat a few metres away? It was clean, modern and good value with an amazing view. We were able to leave our luggage in the  company office a 10 minute walk from the property as we had an evening flight home. The evening pictures are the view from our room. Loved Porto! 

Great location 

We spent 3 wonderful days in Porto and the apartment contributed to it, among other things. Very well located, excellent views of the bridge Luis I, spacious, comfortable, in a quiet street, with everything equipped... there is a café next door where you can have a phenomenal breakfast.

It's an amazing apartment.

We chose this apartment because it had one with a large capacity, as we were a large group and we were taken by the negative surprise that there was no room compared to what I posted online.We called the owners but never heard from them.

Good views

We loved it, the reception was very pleasant, and we recommend these apartments without any problems! We had a sublime view of the Douro, little noise, air conditioning, a nice practical shower room and the guests thought of putting a bottle of fresh water in the fridge for our arrival, they also provided us with a small relief kit that was useful to me.

Great for a few days.

The manager meets near the apartments, explains everything in detail and shows, answers all questions. It is possible to pay by card. Planning is interesting, air conditioners work well, shower, good water pressure. A few steps away from the kitchen is a great place. Beautiful apartments on the river bank.

We are currently sitting in our apartment on the first floor, lovely view however it’s a disaster, we woke up this am to no lights on the stairs and couldn’t get out of the building, pitch black stairwell and we couldn’t get out the door as the front door won’t open, no one bothered to ring us and when we contacted them to say we couldn’t get out of the Building Gabrielle told us she knew about that, she hadn’t bothered telling us and was extremely rude and unhelpful, we were told to find the key in the dark near the right hand side of the front door. , we finally found it in the dark while I demanded they stay on the phone so we could sort it out, they couldn’t give us a key to get back in so we where told just to leave and it would be sorted when we got back, ten hours later and it isn’t. we have no TV access, no lights on the stairwell, extremely dangerous and the front door is now unsecured because it’s the only way we can get in. We have been given no guarantee when or if it will be fixed, at $170 per night this is completely unacceptable and they expect us just to put up with it, the view may be great but the service makes it not worthwhile, plenty of other apartments on the strip which I expect would have better service and be safe and not a fire trap,  never again, booking.com you need to take this off your website as it is a fire trap, let’s hope nothing happens tonight!!! Don’t book here

Fire trap the most dangerous place we have stayed in

The apartment is clean and has everything necessary for a few days of visiting. The second left, the bathroom is a little small for 3 women (jejeje) with a mirror in one of the bedrooms would have been perfect. Only a defect, the stairs, which although they are in the pictures you do not get a clue what are there and how steep they are, which makes it curse to be loaded with suitcases on the day of arrival and departure, otherwise everything is perfect.

Sweet little one.

Terrific Location - Excellent Meet/Greet Staff.......Very large 1st floor apartment......We were able to park right in front of our apartment.  Nice Kitchen......Close by are bars and local eateries which are so friendly. You can walk everywhere from this location. Great Value and would book it again. 

Heart of Porto!

The apartment was superb with a surprise very good restaurant right next door to it which unfortunately we only found out the day before we were leaving as the outside does not give it away at all.... We had the downstairs flat which was all open space and welcoming as was Gabriela who showed us around. . Very clean comfortable beds and pillows and a great walk in shower. We did not try the kitchen but it looked well equipped.  Internet and TV working.The flat actually opens onto the street which was not a problem for us. There are quite a few restaurants going from the flat along the river. The old town of Porto is within walking distance ie a good 10 minutes ( warning :-) a bit of an uphill as is most of Porto ) and is very interesting with lots of unusual shops and cafes. We took a cab to the seaside and the cost going there was 12 euros. However we got stuck in traffic jam coming back which was a bit of a down but Porto is not a city designed for lots of traffic ... walking or the overground metro is your best bet.. The flat is about 1 hour from the airport by the metro and cost about 2 euros. All in all very good choice of flat, location and we enjoyed it.
