room was a bit smelly and the shower wasn't great, but for the money and for the city it was acceptable. rooms small but again for the location it wasnt too bad. hard beds like most places youll stay in all of asia

This hotel is like they say in Quebec: fine! The rooms are clean, but rather fresh! As an example, at lunch this morning, the rug fell behind me and my chair broke! but well, for fifteen Canadian dollars, I had breakfast included! The bathroom was remarkable: large, very clean and the water pressure in the fresh was the best I've seen in Asia! Now, don't be too anxious! The lunch is very ordinary and some members of the crowd are not very friendly! The latter just want your tone and are eager to sell you organized tours outside! And if you need to avoid the hotel's lobby, it's almost a wifi connection!

Clean room, proper staff!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Apple Hotel and we were very good. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and kind. The possibility of booking excursions at reasonable prices such as to Halong bay (we booked a 2 day and 1 night excursion on a typical boat with FANTASEA tour and it was a nice experience thanks also to Nana, our very nice guide).

This is a great hotel.

The hotel is clean (we still had a small cockroach in the room) room quite rich but good, we weren't here to stay in the room. Small lunch rarely ready on time and quite insufficient. A very average price ratio therefore.

Correct address but no more

The hotel is well located in the north of the old town, close to the covered market. The neighborhood is quite noisy but still pleasant. On the other hand, we hated the cold coffee and the roasted omelette served for breakfast.

Not very satisfactory

It's a hotel in the old town, where you meet more tourists than people from the country. For me, it's a bad place and hard to get to. Despite a charming and very available staff, I don't think I'll go back there. The rooms are very small and have no windows for some. As for the room where we hang breakfast, it's tiny and undersized compared to the size of the hotel. The cleanliness is also average.

Hotel in the Old Town

We stopped here on our way home from a long bus ride, and we took a day use to cool off. The location is excellent as it's next to the entrance to the old neighborhood, very close to the Shin travel bus stop. I recommend it to travelers with a backpack. It's clean and nice.

Comfortable, well positioned

We stayed two nights in Hanoi at this hotel and we were totally satisfied. The hotel is very nice, the location is very central and the staff is incredibly kind and available. We also booked a one-night excursion to Halong Bay through the hotel and we were great.

Two nights in Hanoi

One of the best of our stay for double rooms at $22 USD. Very clean. A reception desk in each room. Small care staff for us. Located on 36th Street, right next to the apt travel agency. We weren't caught up with tours or excursions!
