Hanse Mini-Hotel is located in the center of Kaliningrad, in the building of an old German mansion of the last century. Murals depicting Hanseatic scenes remind of the role of Königsberg as a trading crossroads.

All rooms are equipped with a 24-hour common area where you can have a bite to eat, drink tea and just sit and talk with friends. Good location, just about 20 minutes walking to the seafront and the Island of Kant. Bus stops are around the corner and a mall is within walking distance as well.
The hotel and the room are very nice. Especially I liked the huge window with a view to some small river in the room.
What was bad
The shower was not great. I stayed at the hotel in winter and maybe that was the reason why I had to wait for hot water to start running for nearly 5-10 minutes.
