My son and I had a wonderful time in Lech and stayed at House Anja. Slightly outdated rooms but a very friendly and welcoming older couple. The rooms were clean and the service what excellent. Value for money. 

Very friendly and welcoming older hoteliers 

The house with three rooms to rent is run by the owners and residents. It is an older, very nice couple. They make every effort to make their guests happy. The rooms even have a nice balcony with seating and the location is absolutely quiet. There was everything, except no shower or shampoo, which the two of them could only have forgotten. The breakfast room is small, but you get what you want. When you go back to Lechsra, I'm happy to come back.

Lovely Holiday Rooms With Loving Care

Very friendly and affectionate tenant. The price of the accommodation is appropriate for the location (laughter). Clean and modern room. Bathroom with shower. Delicious and rich breakfast with fresh bread. Free Wi-Fi is available. Just a few meters to the free local bus.

Pleasant Accommodation

We were there on New Year's Day, and although the snow had left a hard time wishing for it, we spent a nice week there. The atmosphere is familiar, the hosts are looking for individual care, a good breakfast from a great buffet. Even though Stubenbach is already a little outside of Lech, with the local bus (especially in winter) you are quickly in action.

Good price/performance in a family atmosphere in Lech

We were staying in Lech and in Anja's house in the double room over Easter. In the room itself everything was there (baker, refrigerator, oven and plenty of storage space in the bathroom..). The room was very clean and brightly furnished, the balcony a dream. The hosts are both really eager to go on individual wishes, for example as far as breakfast is concerned. The breakfast buffet is rich and fresh: boiled eggs, juices, bread, fruit, yogurt, corn, cereal, grains/seeds, sausage, cheese skiraum is... enough and is right next to the entrance to the house.

Great Easter

We have just finished staying 10 nights at Haus Anja in Lech.  

The accommodation: Excellent. An apartment with two bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect for a great family getaway. Modern, very tidy, well-presented, very relaxing. The construction quality is great and with the apartment layout/design you can easily close off a few doors to get some time out between rooms.

The location: Lovely. Up on the hill at the top/end of Stubenbach with beautiful views down the valley to Lech and the peaks beyond. Very quiet & tranquil area.

The facilities: Great. Had essentially everything you would need... well equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, mini-fridge, filter coffee machine, kettle, plates, cups, utensils, dishwasher. Good heating throughout.. Wifi internet, TVs in every room, digital radio. Comfortable furniture. Nice lighting. Comfy beds. Ski equipment store room with heated racks for your boots (so nice getting into a warm & dry pair each morning). Sauna. 

The transport: On-site parking or just a minute walk down to the bus stop which runs into town every 10 minutes - so easy to get around from this point. The bus-stop here has the added bonus of being one of the few stops in town with a shelter!

The hosts: Felix & Inge are absolutely lovely! They have such a beautiful place in Haus Anja and their pride as hosts is evident. They keep the place immaculately clean everyday and they often go out of their way to help with information or other day-to-day needs (like home-delivered freshly baked bread!). This made the trip all the more special for us. It's those surprising little extras that make you feel like your staying with long lost friends. Such wonderful hospitality.

In summary - this is an excellent location in Lech if you're looking for your own independent place, in a peaceful location and great value! We'd love to return again someday. A perfect holiday for us!

Best holiday.

We had an apartment in the house of Anja in the summer and were very satisfied. The location in Stubenbach is a little outdoors but the view of Lech and the mountains is very nice and it is absolutely quiet there. Parking right in front of the house. The equipment is very good, it is all thought of even in the kitchen. You can book breakfast or have the loaves handed out every day. The Weishäupl family is very attentive and kind, we felt comfortable. Even without a car you could get along well, because the bus stops only a few meters from the house and brings you to Lech. You can also walk beautifully in about an hour around the place. In the summer the bus and lifts are free. We also enjoyed the sauna Lech. If you want to get back to Lech, we should like to come back here.

It's just nice.

I found the Haus Anja through the tourism office in Lech.  A "reasonable" apartment is hard to find in the Arlberg, but I thought the price was reasonable for the size of the 6-person apartment.  Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen fit the bill.  Wonderful owners, even if their English was almost as rusty as my German.  Beautiful, modern and clean were hard to beat.  No problem with being on the edge of town as the bus stop is 30 seconds down the hill.  Highly recommended.
