The place is inundated with prostitutes. The room was absolutely nasty. The place is nothing but a prostitution ring. So it’s worst hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Please whatever you do take my advice and do not book here

Room by the hour

The Hotel seemed ok at first although they did ask me to prepay for my entire stay which was kind of a red flag for me. I told them they had my passport could I pay when I checked out, they agreed.
The Hotel is clean but my room was noisy as can be expected in District 1.
However the safe in my room did not work. It has buttons which obviously do not work but has a key that you can remove and take. There must be more than one key because I came home in the afternoon of.my second day there and $50 usd and $20 cdn was missing. Did not want to argue as they had my passport and did not want the hassle. I just wanted out of there. Good thing I did not prepay...
Shame on you.

I will not stay here ever again

We wandered into this hotel and booked a night and ended up staying for 4 nights! Room was fantastic - very clean, comfortable bed, good aircon and wifi and little things that just make a room more comfortable - a side table and lamp, cupboard for our bags and a dressing table and chair. The staff are AMAZING. So helpful and friendly, really made us feel at home. We booked a trip to the caves and a taxi to the airport with them and it was so easy and at a very good price too! Also in a great location in the heart of the backpacker area, but unlike some other reviews, we didnt find it to be loud at all, very good nights sleep. 100% would recommend staying here, we will be staying again when we return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Great stay!

We visited this hotel in December and it’s in a great location in the backpacking area. The hotel is fine for the price that you pay. Unfortunately on checking out, we were told that the Credit Card machine would not accept our card, so we used 3 separate cards, 5 times before the receipt printed and confirmed payment. The next day we found that 5 payments had been taken. We contacted the hotel and booking.com and to date, some 7 weeks later we still have not been refunded. We are owed £250 by this hotel. Whilst it’s a great place, please only use cash.

Very clean and spacious room, bigger than others we’ve stayed in at this location at double the cost!! Whilst in centre of the action rooms facing street still very quiet due to good double glazing! Air con good and the staff where lovely, go out of their way to help. $1 kg Laundry service on site which was also good. Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and would definitely return

Great little hotel, reasonably priced in good location

We booked an early flight to Phu Quoc ourselves and so wanted to book a taxi in advance to secure our transport there as it was so early in the morning. 
We booked a taxi through the hotels desk downstairs. We paid 160'000 VND and were told all we needed was this white receipt. We got given a 'hotline' number to ring if any problems and were assured they would be available at 3:45am. 
We waited outside our hotel for 10/15mins with numerous taxis driving past, none of which were picking us up. One driver had a sign 'Saigon Airport' - he said he couldn't take us because we didn't have a voucher. We rang the hotline number more than 5 times and no answer. We were desperate now as to not miss our flight. We paid another 200'000 VND to get to the airport. We managed to ring the hotel and they said you can come back to Saigon and get our money back - them knowing we were going to Cambodia. Ridiculous!

Nice hotel with really good location in backpacker area. Very helpful and friendly staff. Help with organising trips and bus tickets for good price. Also the hotel is for reasonable price. Breakfast was delicious. Room was cleaned every day. Very good wifi. Room has fan and a/c. Fridge, tv... I recommend this place to stay

Nice place with good location

Very helpful arranging additional 'beds' for children, rooms are clean, although stayed  just one night we felt excellent (4 family members)... great location, new windows (no noise), for a very reasonable price...

The hotel is great! The location is great! The hosts are kind and nice people! The rooms are not as small as they write! We stayed for two nights without any problems! The bed and the towels are clean! The hosts ask if we need to clean something or change something! We were even fed a free super breakfast once! So don't believe that everything is bad even very good! I advise you!

You won 't know until you're there.

The hotel would not be too bad considering its location but there is a really big incompetence. We arrived with a reservation made a few days earlier but for overbooking they took us to another very dirty and fatiguing hotel where we had to sleep for one night. The next day they were late to give us the room. You can't sleep because of too much noise and the morning because of too much light. Despite what had happened they weren't even willing to leave the room for two hours more on the day of departure. I can't really recommend it.
