This is a good family hotel,the staff are very friendly and helpful,the onwer of the hotel make everything he can to make the guest feel comfortable like in they own home,this hotel is in a good location of Saigon,near supermarkets,convinient stores, public bus and ect...is very clean and have a soft comfortable bed,all is fine in this hotel✌️🎶

A unforgettable trip experience at Holiday Hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights on a 4 month tour of south east Asia and we were looking forward to a hotel after staying in a number of hostels, however this hotel turned out to not be the best. There was a funny smell around the whole hotel, especially in the reception, which isn’t a great first impression. Our air con was completely unusable due to the dirt and smell that would come out of it when switched on. This meant that the room was extremely stuffy and almost too hot to sleep in and despite been supplied with a fan, it was extremely uncomfortable. It also wasn’t the cleanest of hotels. The only real positive about OYO 112 is the location which is very central and close to everything in Ho Chi Minh City. We would not return.

Rooms was cute, nice, clean & bright.
Staffs were good at english & friendly enough.
Location is the best, right in center of Ho Chi Minh, surround with a lot of shops, restaurants, near by Backpack town. We can walk to Ben Thanh market.

Great location

Stayed in the holiday hotel 9 years ago so we new the location so booked again it's a simple hotel with basic rooms which are kept clean easy to get a round the area and the staff are helpful sorted a taxi for use and good information 

Good location 

The positive thing I found in this hotel is the location, central, near Ben Than market, for the rest I wouldn't recommend it. It's true that the price is very low, but my booking also included breakfast that from info about the hotel, should have been served on the terrace, instead of first they said it wasn't included and so the first day it wasn't served, after I noticed that the booking included breakfast, they showed us pictures on the computer to know what we wanted the next morning and they put us in a room next to the reception that looked like a drawer, with scraps and bottles, other stuff that we also found in the room twice of the big animals running around the room.

Had a lovely stay, did have a problem with the hot water the shower was only working on cold but they fixed it within 30 minutes and allowed a later check out with no issues! Room was very clean and good location 

Great

During the latter stages of 2017 I was travelling in Vietnam with a friend. We booked up to stay in this hotel and were unpleasantly surprised to say the least! When we walked into the reception the man who was there had a terrible attitude and was very rude! At first he asked us for our passports to photocopy them, which we thought was fine so handed them over. After this he said we had to pay for the hotel in advance or he would keep our passports so essentially forced us into paying straight away! We then went up to our room and were disgusted. The fridge was full of mouldy fruit and other half eaten foods! The window was broken so was not secure. The room itself was dirty and had an awful smell. We tried to connect to the WiFi however the password we were given wasn’t working. We went downstairs to reception to explain about the fridge and that we weren’t able to connect to the WiFi because the password we were given was incorrect. After explaining to the man at reception he started laughing in our faces as he couldn’t understand us! I managed to persuade him to come upstairs to our room and show him the fridge. He then proceeded to take the mouldy food out of the fridge with his bare hands and never apologised about the situation. This drove us over the edge so we decided to find another hotel. Definitely don’t go to this hotel! Although it might be a cheaper option it is not worth it. We have lost money because of this so I hope nobody makes the same mistake we have!

Absolutely terrible 

The hotel locate at a convient place, near Biggest market, museums, palaces, and church. We could walk to famous places about 10 minutes. The hotel has a big room that all my friend and I, total 7 people can stay.

Convinent hotel

We travelled Vietnam throughout the summer and this was the first place we stayed. The staff went out of their way to help us, the service was second to none. The lady in reception organised our trip to Sa Pa for us, even though we checked out to travel to Sa Pa she insisted that when we arrived back we could stay a few hours and sleep in the hotel free of charge (we were travelling via night train so we arrived back to Ho Chi Minh around 6am). I can't recommend Holiday Hotel highly enough if you're looking for helpful staff and excellent service. Also, for a budget hotel it was very clean and tidy. Possibly the cleanest place we stayed in throughout our travels in Vietnam. 

Excellent service

It's a great hotel for a little money, centrally located and safe, nice staff there, my room had air conditioning, flat TV, daily fresh towels and cleaning, all very well at the price.
