You really have to choose a room with a view of the river, it's really beautiful. And we even had a small balcony to make the most of it. The room was a little small but very comfortable. Very nice house. Very very good quality price, I recommend it.

What a beautiful view!

I arrived in Porto very late at night with the plane. I got in touch with the reception by phone and everything went smoothly. The rooms in the old house (steep stairs) are beautifully equipped and clean. The flair also at breakfast is more like a small hostel, but that's no disadvantage. I chose the homey because I wanted to start the Caminho Portugues da Costa at the cathedral (Sé do Porto, 500 meters away), for which the house was ideal.

Lovely small hotel with friendly helpful staff. The location is great a short walk ( 10 minutes) from the train station and near the waterfront ( one row back). There is a lift for luggage ( not people) to help get heavy cases upto the room. The beds are comfortable and there were original wooden shutters with a lovely window seat.Breakfast in the morning  was excellent. It was mainly a continental breakfast but with a good range of items.There was also the option of freshly cooked scrambled eggs which were delicious. 

Lovely small hotel near the waterfront

Our first impression was that the room looked very small and the bathroom too, but once we started unpacking and moving around we realized that the space was very well distributed. The mattresses are very comfortable and the shower water slides strongly. There are no Spanish channels, but the WiFi works very well. With breakfast we passed the same, we had a bad impression but then you realize that there is a little bit of everything (freshly made coffee or capsules, 3 types of juices, 3 cereals, 3 types of sweets, various types of infusions, 3 types of bread, various chacinas, mermalades, jams and fruit).

Very well situated.

On a business trip, this small guest house is perfect. Located in a small tourist street, I was not disturbed by the outside noise. The room was clean and pleasant. The noise can come from the rooms above because the house is old. The reception is perfect. The friendliness of the young girls is very appreciated. As a gift, for my birthday, I had a typical taste deposited in my room. Charming attention. I will not hesitate to return there with my family.

Nice overnight. Nice and available hostesses, welcome in French. Nice lunch. Very small and very narrow room. No elevator. Street side, burning until late at night and very early in the morning. Nice in the Riviera neighborhood. Not sure if we would return because not suitable for a family. Accuracy: October 2017:

Good reception from the management, good breakfast, comfortable room with cleanliness, little space in the common areas and a perfect location by the river, we were well looked after.

Homey is part of the city's heritage, a small and very clean room. You will find a warm and always caring welcome for its hosts with two young hostesses.

In a small village by the Douro River

We loved the hotel, it has only six rooms and we have occupied three of them, so we felt at home. The views of the rooms are spectacular and the rooms on the street are charming. The breakfast is complete and of high quality. A very pleasant stay.

 Ideal accommodation

It's a lovely place. It's small but comfortable and clean. Recommended to book a room with views of the Duero. It's in the center and you can walk everywhere. Very well in general and the price is affordable.
