Good facilities, better location and exceptional personal treatment.

I've been there several times over the years and had booked for next week but the covid has prevented me from going. They have behaved super well with the deposit paid. They're great. As long as we can go safely. Totally recommended.

We are a family that came for holidays and for work reasons we have had to change the booking date several times and the owner ANA has been really lovely, kind and helpful. No she put us pegas at any time, on the contrary, she was super attentive. I ordered her a room that is in the sun with good views and she gave me from my point of view, the best room, although for me they are all good, since by taking two rooms I could see the other. Ana's treatment, patience and her welcoming Hostel, have made her spend an incredible vacation. She has always helped us, recommended places and has been at 200% for us and all her clients. She has become a must-have place every time you come to Madrid. Volveria once and again without thinking.

This is the fifth time we have stopped at this hostel, every time we pass by Madrid we return to it without thinking about it and without regrets, for its splendid location, the comfort of its rooms, the cleanliness and the friendly and family-friendly treatment it provides.50 meters from the statue of the Oso y el Madroño, ideal for getting in and out of Madrid to the airport by train.Now the area around the Puerta del Sol is more pedestrianised than before, so it becomes easier to access the hostel on foot from the station by the elevator that leads to the plaza.On the day of departure there was a train knock so we took a taxi to the airport at the airport stop at 150 meters from the hotel.

This is our fifth time, and we do not regret it, because of our obedience, attention, and appreciation.

I've been in Madrid for four days, and I've stayed in this beautiful hostel, a super clean room, full of light and with a nice balcony, super educated lady, I highly recommend it, we'll be back.

Great hostel right in the middle of the city.

It is located right next to the door of the Sun. It is characterized by its cleanliness and the rooms are very correct. It is not very noisy even though it is on a street with quite an atmosphere. The beds are very comfortable. The best of all is the treatment. Both the owner and Conchi, they are super friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. It is a place where I will continue to repeat it safely.

Genius is a genius.

We've already been several times, every time we visit Madrid we don't hesitate to stay for a moment because of its strategic location, the excellent attention of its owners, the cleanliness and abundance of rooms, resulting in a good price-quality ratio.This time we were lucky because we changed plans on the way and without reservation we called by phone from Lisbon a day before arrival and occupied the last available room.

Once and for all, excellent education and attention to their duties.

Very clean place, located on the fourth floor of a historic building, with elevator, close to all the attractions and necessities, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, etc. Very nice room, overlooking Plaza del Sol.

The Madrid Cup

I made a last minute reservation through Booking but after a while they cancelled the reservation due to "a problem with the card". Well  as I was near the hostel I went there to see I if it was possible to book directly from there.
The reservation staff was sooo bad, the woman there said us "Only Español, estamos en España (Only Spanish, we are in Spain)"  and she didn't want to head anything else.
How is it possible that there are people like that working in a hostel in the center of Madrid? A place face to face with customers, in a very tourist city.

IF YOU DON'T SPEAK SPANISH DON'T RESERVE HERE

The hostel is located very close to the center of Placa Sol. From the hostel, some destinations are easily accessible. At the first moment it is a little difficult to find because there is only a small sign at the entrance. The rooms are very well furnished for a hostel. The bathroom is a little small but usually very good. At night you can only sleep with the windows closed because of the noise of the streets. But there is a well-functioning air conditioning system. All in all, we were very satisfied.
