I stayed at this hotel as usual, but during this particular stay I realized how much the cleaning area of this hotel has fallen. debris on top of the closet, traces inside the closet, uncovered remote controls, shower and bathroom window with incredible dirt, stained saunas among other things that discourage you from returning because you definitely understand that there is no cleanliness worthy of the pandemic times in which we live. The staff service is good, as always going beyond and giving the extra mile to accommodate you. I hope you recover the hotel before it is too late, though I don't believe in the personal regression to see the changes.

This is an unpleasant stay.

The hotel is not very clean. There were cockroaches hanging in the room. I woke up one day and no water was available. Sometimes hot water was not working. Breakfast is very limited. I think the hotel has a good potencial but need maintenance and better cleaners. In the other hand, personal was nice and helpful. And the bed was comfortable.

Recommended just as the last option

Nice clean comfortable room Friendly staff. Great stay.
they have trusted taxi's  they will call one if u need it , if youre going to "la zona colonial" cost you around 2$pp (Us dollar)

Location : i will say 8 out of 10  from the hostal to the "zona colonial" was like 10minutes by car . they're like 3 deferents restaurants close to the hostal and also a drugstore (like 5 min walking) also there's a grocery store really close to the hostal

Room was very clean and well maintained,
the closet door where two huge mirrors in the closet there's a safe (we didn't  use it ) 
The bathroom was clean its a little small if you're trying to shower with company (a next person) .

Nice place for the price

The hotel doesn't even offer water in the room, they have to perform constant fumigation because we find a cockroach in the room, the breakfast menu is complex and doesn't explain what is really offered, plus the products used for this sound are of low quality.

Don't forget to check out the photos so you can get to where you are going! this is my number 4 visit to the hotel which has fallen considerably. when I booked the guy from the reception he tells me that he will give me a discount on the price of the night. when I arrive at the hotel today, they tell me that it is not because I will pay by card; when at no time he informs me this. call the owner of the establishment, who has no idea what customer service is and of course could not even apologize for what happened or see how I could arrange it. to complete, I made a request that my room be away from the building... they think I was desperate?! and the only answer from the receptionist was that when I initially had the option of the room, there was a choice of the room.

What a mess in service and cleaning!

This hotel I think is one of the best in the area in its category, the bed is standard but comfortable, it is in a quiet location where everything is close and you can take good walks and get to know the city. about the breakfast is standard for the price of the room so it is very good and rich, the service of the employees is always very attentive and I have had no complaints during my stay, I seek tranquility, discretion and comfort.

Excellent for staying at a very good cost.

This place is highly recommended, comfortable and hygienic, friendly people who make your stay perfect, the hotel is in a quiet place, the amenities are beautiful, excellent customer service, the day staff as well as the night staff are very friendly and attentive.

I am enchanted.

I really enjoyed this hotel, we had a great weekend, the room was quite comfortable and I ordered a decoration and I was surprised it was more than I expected, the hotel was very cozy and the treatment excellent.

I'm very happy with it.

Friendly and helpful staff to help you in whatever you need, comfortable and pleasant rooms, clean and large, to be a hostel, has nothing to envy a hotel. I will return as soon as I can, this will be definitely the place that I will stay.

Great Place

I would have to say that this is by far the worst experience I had in a place like this (hostel). I booked this hotel through booking.com and based on other reviews here and there, I thought that it wasn't going to be that bad, so I decided to book it. BAD IDEA! (I thought it wroooong) Early check in? Well, that's a no-no for them. Late check out? YES... however, they will charge you RD$200 pesos (or USD$5.00) per hour after 1:00pm (check out). The minibar, well, the minibar is not included and there's no sign or anything that says the prices for the items they did have available in it. At check out, we needed to wait so they can tell us how much we had to pay additional for the minibar. I was surprised and told them that there's no information that the minibar is not included... "Well, it is... so, pay" - that's what Jennifer at reception told me (with a smile on her face...). I know she was only doing her job and she tried to be nice, but, seriously? Is that what you call service? I work in the service industry myself, and that's not the definition I have for making my customers happy. During my stay, they were indeed building something right next to the entrance... an elevator they said... so expect people screaming and making noises from 8:00am to God knows when. On the lot next to this place, a construction site with tractors and machinery. I requested a room with nice view... I didn't have that... The only view I got was the lot next door with the mud and construction equipment. Now, service was HORRIBLE! Parking my car was just a nightmare and the "security guard" called me out for parking my vehicle in their small, 4-car "garage" thinking that I wasn't a guest to this place. I booked a standard room with a "full bed", however, at check in (in the reception area), Jennifer accidentally charged me for an upgraded room that I didn't even asked. She only gave me 2 options, 1) take the room or 2) take the room you reserved but it might take a few days to give you back the money (because I decided to pay with a debit card. Not her fault, my bank usually takes up to 3 weeks to return the money). Once we got to the room I had no choice choosing, you'll find, a dirty stained bathroom, floor and no soap... I called reception and asked for 2 bars of soap (because we were 2 people) and waited for 20 minutes for that to be delivered to the room, which they never did. I had to go downstairs and talked to another girl (whose name I don't remember) who was very nice and gave me 2 bars of soap since she noticed that we were 2 people. She later explained to me that each room gets 1 bar of soap PER STAY! Overall, I DO NOT recommend you to stay on this hostel if you are planning to spend your days in the room relaxing. The least you will do is that.
