The hotel is very cheap, so you can't expect high quality. The rooms feel like they're choking, and everything is old. The entrance immediately puts us in the atmosphere, with a very small TV on a very small desk. Otherwise the reception is rather friendly.

average quality

The bed was OK, including bedding, as well as the bathroom. Unfortunately, there was a smoker in the room before, so the room smelled bad. There are no signs in the room itself that smoking is forbidden. For breakfast, only three people can sit, otherwise you have to carry the goods to the room by one or two stairs. The hotel is very well located.

Old hotel in need of renovation

It is true, it doesn´t smell that good and needs a renovation, but it is clean and in a very convenient location. i stayed here in the middle of a very difficult personal situation and the staff became my angels. They kept me company, gave me the best advice, from where to get the best mobile phone package to french classes.

Give it a chance

It was three nights in seven seasons. The rooms smelled so bad of smoke that we even had to wash our things afterwards. The dryer didn't work and the towels had holes. The breakfast was made of toast jam and, if you were lucky, a banana and juice. Absolutely not recommended.

Smoking rooms with moderate breakfast

The negative points: as soon as we arrived at the hotel from the entrance a strong smell of cigarette gives nausea not counting the holed sheets and they smell the tobacco like the whole room; we had to sprinkle them with perfume to be able to sleep the first night. The cleanliness of the bathroom is questionable, hair in the shower and the edge of the sink dirty. We made complaints about the sheets and the persistent smell of tobacco in the room, not counting that the sheet is too small to be removed at every move and that all night it had to be replaced. Breakfast is almost ideal: a good staff at the listening desk and the outside of the bathroom can put a point of smoke in the room and the doorway, and the product can be placed near the entrance of the hotel, and the doorway and the doorway is marked with a smoking point and a smoking point can be seen on the outside of the hotel, and a smoking point can be noticed on the outside of the room and the doorway to the hotel.

to avoid as much as possible

The hotel is a complete dump.  Do not let pictures fool you.  Three colleagues and myself stayed here to attend a conference at the expo center.  The front desk is totally disorganized.   They charge you for your first night a week before you arrive.  What is that all about?  I found out when I arrived.  The place is in such poor condition.  Broken lighting fixtures.  Non smoking rooms in which the stench of stale cigarettes permeates everything you own.  My allergies are in over drive.  I would not have stayed after first night if all the other hotels in the area were not booked solid.  

The location is not bad.  There is a park with summer concert festivals half block away.  The expo center was a 20 min walk and there is old Montréal and China Town.  Denis street is toe blocks over and you can get everything from McDonald's and Subway to brewpubs Irish Mexican and sushi.

Stay away...

As the title suggests, stay away from here if you want a peaceful sleep. I arrived there at 1:00am after travelling for 27 hours, as I entered the front door a woman who appeared to look like a woman of the night came in with a younger man, she must have had the room above mine because there was a lot of noise above me until all hours in the morning. The room had cigarette smell despite the signs saying it was non smoking and was so small it was difficult to open your suitcase, no lift only stairs so be prepared to haul your luggage up plenty of stairs and, my Niece had arrived at the Hotel earlier in the day and advised me that I should expect plenty of visits from the Police as there was a Drug Overdose before I arrived. I really didn't think the neighborhood was a really safe one when I saw it in the daylight, I couldn't get out of there quick enough.

Stay Away from this Place

Finally, a cheap hotel with flair. Admittedly, the hotel is tiny. There is no elevator. The rooms are small but clean. And the hotel is like a dollhouse; but with Victorian flair. Really to recommend. Wireless and breakfast are included. There are discounts for the narrow stairs that carriers and suitcases can barely handle. Also for the lack of parking spaces, and the breakfast is lacking in space for the whole thing. So only 3sra instead of 5 points.

Small and fine

If you dont mind staying in a hotel and being visited everyday by the police... As soon as i arrived there were police officers behind me to arrest a guy having drugs and who's heart had stopped. As for the  room it smells like cigarettes it is clean but the bathrooms no, also dont be surprised by hookers and drunk people coming back at 4am disturbing you, not to mention the location not very safe. If you are looking for a cheap hotel and dont mind the location or who is staying next to you(possibly a drug addict) thats the place

I had a nice stay, the hotel is in the city centre, the rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly, the downside is the lack of parking in the hotel, you have to leave the car in the parking lot in front and pay.
