We were greeted with great affection by the owner, who spoke Italian (miracle!), assigned us a larger room with a nice living room, it seemed to be in the family.

Pleasant stay

I spent one night in this hotel with friends. The staff was very polite and the service great. The room was very clean and there was nothing missing. The hotel is also quite close to the centre. We didn't have any complaints. It was just a bit over-priced.

Good Place!

903-ta is a modest hotel, small one, for maximum stay of one or two nights. The only strong point is the location. Is very close to the Dutch Embassy, Greek Embassy and some other facilities in the center. This is a family managed Hotel. The only English speaker in the hotel was Maja, however all family members were polite and friendly. We had breakfast in the hotel, and I would say was quite ok.

Not normal my room= 50 sq meters,so spacious,fridge,shower 24/24 hot water,aircon/heating,cabinet for clothes,bedroo, sitting room with leather sofas, balcony!
Breakfast included and every day they asked me what I wanted to eat; plenty of food and coffee.
All people at the reception are fluent in English; 2 ladies and their mother. I got help for everything, they even walked with me in the street to show me this and that....
Wifi for free, but if you don't have a tablet you can use the pc at the reception, for free of course.
Great were my evenings: serious talking with the ladies(economics,politics, "les choses de la vie" and funny things. I won't forget the family easily!
Location is in a lively neighborhood, with shops, fast food eateries, restaurants and a cafe. Walking distance to the old city.
An advice to travellers co;ing to Skopje= hurry, only 6 roo;s at the hotel!

SUPER, room,service,kindness

Is a good value and although not exactly the budget rate we were looking for but, compared to what is was available on our travel dates, it was worth it. Management/owners were extremely helpful, as far they could. However, there is only one member of the family who speaks English but, unfortunately, she was not around most of the time. They should really have maps, brochures and tourist info to help you move around but not one in sight. Location is fantastic. Quiet street, decent, safe and clean neighborhood, easy parking and you are just a few steps from the main "happenings". But getting there was a nightmare. Even our GPS got lost. Skopje downtown is a net of small aisles and one way small streets. We were lucky enough to get the famous "triple" room that everybody is talking about and, indeed, its large and comfortable. Cable TV works randomly (but on a city break, who cares) and WiFi worked properly. However, and here is my one and only complaint, the bathroom size is ridiculously miniscule.Not only has no proportion with the room size but is barely larger than an Airbus coach toilette. The whole building was renovated on a "home made" or "do-it-yourself" project. And when comes to the bathroom, it shows. In barely 1.50 sqm they squeezed a toillet, a washbasin, a corner shower cabin and a 50 lt water heater. I am 1.88 tall and have reached (unfortunately) the 98 kgs mark. I assure you that, every morning, I had to perform a Cirque of Soleil act in order to accommodate all of me inside. Really uncomfortable. In addition, piping for shower drain water is loose and bathroom floor gets all wet. Makes no sense. But anyways, that's my problem. Oh...yes...breakfast. Great breakfast, fresh fruit, excellent cold cuts and a terrific fresh brewed Macedonian coffee.

Somewhere between "very good" and "average"

Maybe not the cheapest, but made us feel like old friends. If you need a triple, room number one (1) is the perfect place. very large and clean, with windows to a quiet back street . Excellent breakfast (you just can say your preferences). WiFi: the laptop connected very easily but at the edge of reception on our smartphones. Agree with Andy P review except for the noise.

Worth the investment

This is a very small hotel jewel located on a small street, just a few minutes from the center of Skopje, Macedonia Square, the great statue of Alexander, Vardar River with all the bridges and lots of shops and restaurants. There is a very good restaurant next to the hotel, great Macedonian dishes at very reasonable prices. The rooms are small but very clean. The bed was comfortable. I was on the side of the street, so I could see and hear people walking down the street, very few cars, I could hear nothing when the window was closed. The hotel is family owned and managed, it makes you feel like you are a long lost family. without advantages such as gym, laundry service, room service, etc., but for a clean room and a clean room, the car park is in the center of Skopje.

A hotel that looks like a family boarding house, with a very friendly family that is always available to help and advise. Breakfast is good and cozy, rooms are spacious and pleasant, and the overall price makes it reasonable for Skopje, all in a neighborhood close to the center, but in a quiet and rather trendy neighborhood, or even alternative.
