On our way to a cruise we spent the night before departure at the Hotel Brioni. We certainly did not expect a luxurious hotel but, with the asking price certainly not cheap, we thought we would find at least some comfort. For the rooms nothing to say, very spacious and the comfortable bed. We threw a pathetic veil on the condition of the bathrooms, discharges full of hair and mold in all corners, finished the toilet paper we did not find spare rolls. Access to the rooms goes a bit lucky...the paper does not always work and you have to make several attempts to get in.

It's more than a hotel!

The room had a broken glass window, and when we found out about it, they told us that someone would fix it the next day, and the fact is that we slept in the cold, and if we hadn't asked to turn on the heat, it would have been even worse, and only the next day they gave us a new room, sheets and towels with hair attached, noisy floor, and I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Too expensive for the minimum service it offers.

So the expectations are basic. Doors are very uncertain, walls very thin, no breakfast, no elevator. But the room is large, services are more than basic, so I'm satisfied.

Good for the cost.

I think the price is the right compromise, and the best thing is that there is a bus stop four steps away.

The pictures are not good. The rooms are spacious, very nice decorated and the bathroom is modern.

We looked for a place where we could put our bikes. That was quickly fixen.

Friendly hosts!

In the center of Triest. A bit busy and probably warm in summer. There is no airco. But that’s what you can expect with the price.

Nice hotel!!!

It's very central, on three floors with no elevator, clean rooms, I'm sure the bathroom is a bit old but it's there if you fit, TV in the room and air conditioning.

Good compromise if you fit in.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights. Its location is strategic because it is a few minutes walk from both the station and the city centre. In a minute you arrive at Goldoni Square. The hotel is historic but we liked it just for that. Clean, orderly and warm. Nice and friendly all the staff. If we return to Trieste, we will opt for this choice again.

Comfortable and central

The grotesque bathroom was losing water from the ceiling I had to change the room from the reception control the air conditioning quality price ratio absolutely inadequate.

I'm having a nightmare.

We stayed for a two-day trip to Trieste in this hotel and everything was fine. The reception staff is very kind and available. The room we had was a triple room was very spacious and very clean. The structure retains the charm of the old building because the doors are the original repainted ones. The windows instead remained those of a time outside while inside the room the infissi are new so they dampen the noise of the street that we made us hear mainly because the hotel is located exactly above a traffic light. We had the room on the first floor so I don't know if on the higher floors the noise decreases.

Good compromise.

Picked at the last minute, it was the closest to the places we were supposed to visit. Nothing but clean; dated, but this is Trieste. I found it picturesque and historic.
