Ancient hotel from 16th century, under UNESCO protection, as all city center, where it is located! Very good location and very polite hotel workers! All internal design saved from ancient times! There is also wi-fi, pool and sauna for free for hotel visitors.

Good hotel, in the center of Goslar. Very beautiful place, old streets, very good.
Small rooms, but all important is here. Big problem is parking, need to find free place anywhere. But it's not far, and good for walking. Recomend!

Good

We spent two nights at the Brusttuch Goslar and had a wonderful time in Goslar. The hotel is located ideally near the Market place where the best restaurants are located, also right across from the church and approx 150 meters from the Kaisar Palace. Rooms where spacious, clean and well functioning. Throughout the night you will have the pleasure of the church bells (rings every hour) and the hotel has no reception service (uses a nearby hotel reception service)

We would go again and also stay at the Brusttuch:)

Great location - so so with the service

The hotel is located in the heart of Goslar's old town (Altstadt) - next to the Marktplatz where you amongst restaurants, cafes and a tourist office find a church. If you sleep with the windows closed you won't be disturbed by the church bells - we slept well. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are really nice. The hotel has its own swimming pool (and sauna which however was closed due to reconstruction during our stay) and our kids really liked this. When the reconstruction is over, an outdoor area with sunbeds on the top of the hotel seems to be accessible. The hotel shares its reception and restaurant with the Kaiserworth hotel about 100 meters away - you check in and out and eat your breakfast here. Behind the Brusttuch hotel there is parking lots which can be booked for 8 Euros per day. In Goslar, you are offered a sightseeing tour by either mini train or horse-drawn carriage. The price is fair and it is a good opportunity to get around and get a first impression of the city once you've arrived. By car, you can drive to Brocken - the highest mountain in Harzen in less than an hour (we drove to Drei Annen Hohne) and took the Brocken Berg Train forth and back (quite expensive: 98 Euros for two adults and three children). Another day we drove to Hahnenklee (fifteen minutes away) where you can go to the top of the hill by cabin lift and try a bobsleigh track. It's really fun and the prices are fair.

Nice hotel with swimming pool and parking lot

Stayed here two nights clean comfortable spacious lovely view of the old square. Breakfast good would stay again . staff were friendly and helpful. The sound of the church bell chiming was nice to hear but it does go on all night we didn't notice them as much the second night.
