I risked hurting myself to open it. The guy who was the night guard, very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. The walls were crumpled, without air conditioning. The bed they sold for marriage instead was from a square and a half.

A hotel to forget

I need information and they don't answer the phone. How do I do it? I find it a bad business card, the phone exists for a reason.

The phone is optional.

Unlivable conditions, loud noise from 24th Street, dirty mud bath, hot water only 2 hours a night and often missing even at that time, everything is so old that it's scary to touch anything that breaks right away.

Think about it before you book it.

We had a very good impression from the owner and staff already on the phone because we had some requests to make before our arrival regarding the policy for our four-legged friends. Once we arrived we were greeted by a genuine hospitality breathing instantly a serene and extremely cordial climate. The hotel is located less than 8 km from the historic center, the rooms are modern, very cozy with new bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. The landscape is breathtaking typically Tuscan is immersed in the most absolute green. The hotel also has a private swimming pool available to guests where you can feel the warmth of nature and the flow of the water. The hotel is equipped with a delicious restaurant also open to all who have tasted the dishes!

Courtesy and professionalism

We chose this hotel almost by chance: we were looking for one that was located a few minutes' walk from the center of Arezzo and had the parking space. We took for three days a quiet room with bathroom, both always very clean (room accommodation and changing of the clothes every day).

Comfortable and more than satisfactory accommodation

We start from an assumption, this is a hotel with a star, as such it presents itself and as such it should be considered. Among the positive aspects to note is the absolutely central location (the center is eight minutes walk away) and is adjacent to the station, the availability of a free parking lot (which is not indifferent to Arezzo), the presence of a wireless network and the courtesy of the staff. Of course the environment is super spartan, although clean and the quality of sleep is excellent. The furnishings and sanitary are old but as they say it is a hotel from a star, so I don't think you can expect more!!! Recommended for those looking for a romantic solution.

A star with a reason!!

Dirty, unpleasant smell, cost 50 euros in a double room with no windows and no bathroom, but with a bathroom by the sink, all in the room, a burglary, I hope a response from the management to at least apologize.

The worst of them all

In April I went to this hotel with my wife as we entered the staff and the owners welcomed us with a lot of kindness as we asked one thing they were all available to say to be a one-star hotel they had to assign three the room where I was was the 16 very cozy clean, scented you can say that you could also eat on the ground

This is the first time I've seen this.

Window that didn't close well and let all the cold in, bathroom (not very clean) that gave off a bad smell all day long, there had to be wi-fi and there was no... well! just because it was the only one available! price, 55€/night double
