This 3-star hotel is highly recommendable if you plan to go to a concert at the Antwerp Sportpaleis !  Right across the street you have the Roosevelt place/square where several busses & trams depart. Tram 12 stops right across the concerthall !  (Every 20 minutes till 11 pm, the 2 last ones leave at approx. 11:30 & midnight back to the hotel). Reception open 24h, friendly staff, spacious room, very comfortable bed! Breakfast from 7 till 10:30 (more than satisfied, yummy). At the corner you'll find a Domino's (pizza) & on the Rooseveltsquare you have a poolbar where you can eat for an nice price.  Station at a approx 10 min walk, market place also 10 min, shops (Meir, etc) at 5 min.walk ... I would certainly book & stay in this hotel again !!!  Happy cudtomer ☺

Concert sportpaleis

The location is excellent and prices are good. The hotel appears to be old fashioned and is definitely in need of an an upgrade, but we liked it. It was clean, everything worked and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was really basic but good enough for me. The biggest drawback is that the area goes through some serious changes and they were digging the streets creating. So, it you need a budget hotel at a good location, then this is absolutely ok

Basic old fashioned but good.

Location is very good. Close to the train station and to the bus station and the main street. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, big room but dirty.  They clean the rooms but the whole place is ready for a renovation. The carpeting was very dirty, and very thin walls so you can hear your neighbors and at night we heard a washing machine working. This place has a great potential but after renovation.

Officially they have a swimming pool but it was out of order.

Very friendly  only down fall was buildings too high .so sun dosent shine through much well decorated maids were very good room cleaned every .day  I went with friends for my birthday so January wasn't so hot but weather  was still warm

Nice little hotel in Belle Époque style. Some might find it looking old, I thought it was charming. And nicely situated near the central station, town centre and the number 12 tram right across the road. 
The breakfast was very well extended. Continental and a nice attempt to an English breakfast in a buffet style. 
The rooms where very clean, though I must say the carpets were terrible.  Not very well maintained and stained. 
Yet you can tell they do keep a good housekeeping. The rooms smelled fresh and the bathroom smelled of disinfectant. The beds were for us, very comfortable. 
It was a pity that the swimming pool was out of order specially as it wasn't mentioned on the website. 
All in all good experience and we will go back.
